The price feels too high for what it offers, especially considering the limited upgrade options and hardware flexibility.
My impression of a MacBook pro:
It is very UNintuitive to use and at times counterintuitive. I bought it to edit videos but first I had to learn some kind of weird Venn diagram concept to navigate through saved versions.
The editing tools were really impressive.
It seems that more than 90% of the drop-down menus are devoted to "about". The whole thing feels like meta- data rather than hands on . You know you're in trouble when you have to consult YouTube how-to videos for almost everything.
To top it off, The MacBook Pro was not used for 2 months and when it came back up , it had completely wiped me as a user.
If I hsd a truck like this, I would call it a lemon.

I really love my Mac Book Pro and have used various versions of the same for years now. I love the high speed functionality. However, more recently, the Mac Book performance is glitchy. Specifically the spell check often misses obvious errors which looks really bad client side when issuing reports. I also have issues paying for top up storage for the ICloud - it keeps telling me I have too many devices accessing and it won't allow me to top up which is now impacting my ability to function as a business. I cannot see why this would be the case - I need access from all devices and this should not affect the ability to purchase top up storage. Despite being a loyal customer for a number of years, I am growing increasingly frustrated with the numerous glitches and how these persist over time. I may actually not replace my Mac going forward and look for an alternative.

Nuh uh MacOS has got to be the worst OS I have personally worked with. I'd give it a zero, but that's sadly not possible. You legit can't do anything on it. The new updates prevents opening 32bit apps, like what type of brainrot do you need to have to program this.

Thought I would by some make-up from a high-end retailer and decided to purchase some mac products as they had a few good deals on so i selected a few items and checked out. This was on 9th January Understandably there would be a delay due to covid which is fine.
Today (15th January) I received an email to inform me the highlighter i had order is out of stock so i would be refunded. No big deal as it was a limited on sale Christmas one.
Then a couple of hours later I received another email to say the eye shadow shade I chose which was part of the 5 for £50 offer is no longer available and therefor i would be refunded for this. It was available when i purchased this so why has it taken 6 days for you to notify me. when I go onto your website it say it has been purchased 175 times in the past 24hours so clearly you prefer to supply products to those who will pay full price instead of on an offer. The worst part is you did not give me an option to pick a different shade which I would have accepted. Will never be ordering from you again.
Do Not Order MAC products online ...
I ordered some MAC cosmetics in December to be a part of a Christmas gift via AfterPay. After a couple of payments made, I requested a status update on my order. They blamed it on some computer error but then stated my order was processing. I waited. After another week, I never saw any new updates and sent customer service an email. Then they canceled my order. Like, who does business like this? I have been ordering MAC products for years, yet this was the worst customer service that I have received.
Poor quality-price ratio
APPLE MacBook Pro Touch Bar 2019 (15 ", Intel Core i9, 32 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD)
My Mac (which I bought in interdiscount.ch) is defective for the second time (1st time after 6 months, 2nd time after 15 months).
One of the annoying things is that the guaranty is for 24 months, but every time is broken it takes weeks to be repaired, so in fact I'll only have 22 months guaranty, because 2 months of it I couldn't use it.
I said to the shop assistant that I want the money back or another Mac (a Mac which is defective two times in 15 months seems to be a problem-mac). And the shop assistant told me that he can't do anything about it, all he can do is to send it to the mac manufacturer to have it repaired.
So on top of the troubles I have because I don't have the Mac during weeks (for a second time now), I also fear that is going to break again and again and I have no power to decide to get the money back or to get another one. After 24 months I'll have to pay all the repairs costs myself (it's normal, 24 months is the guaranty time), and it seems that the probability that this Mac is going to break again and again is high.
The shop assist explained me that their are subject to the rules of mac manufacturer. I don't know who to belief, but the fact is that paying so much (CHF 3'114) for such a defective device and restricted service is just not a good quality-price ratio.
I've being a Mac user for 10 years now, but I think my next device won't be a Mac.

I bought Apple iPad (8th generation) recently and I have to say Great value for the price, it also has a Smart connector and support for Apple Pencil, A12 provides a huge performance boost.

Hey, should say that cosmetics of that brand is fantastic and for me as for the make up artist is quite good to use that products on my clients. All girls are so fascinated with their make up which I make for them and half per cent of the success thanks to the MAC products, especially waterproof liquid foundation and curling mascara.
