Useless as a filing cabinet. I put a ring binder file in the drawer and had to struggle to get it out. Some metal prongs have fallen out and one was missing altogether. This piece of furniture is not fit for purpose as an office cabinet. I use it in my bedroom to keep my knickers etc. instead of having hassle to return it.

I actually bought this cabinet for storage of dog coats, collars, leads etc to go into my hallway. It's a tight space under the stairs but this is perfect. It is sturdy and well made.
Excellent quality set of draws, however if you want a filing cabinet DON'T BUY THESE. The draws are 210mm deep from the suspension rail to bottom of the draws. Files are 230mm+ so no use as a filing cabinet. Such a shame.

It is not too large and attractive as well as functional.
A well-made and handsome piece of… A well-made and handsome piece of functional furniture that looks great in the home (our spare bedroom doubles up as an office!). Definitely worth the money – and, in fact, not that much expensive than characterless metal filing cabinets. Courteous and efficient delivery and it arrived well-protected from damage with full instructions on how to care for the wood. Definitely gets my vote!
