Please avoid them.

It is a same company director as Mr and Mrs scrubs. I still remeber they gave me a quote £190 and actual charge £500. They also do fake review bark. Please avoid them. If I can give minus, I don't even want to give them a one star.

Is the company director, he used to run service under mr and mrs scrub, bases at Norwich. They charge triple on actual invoice. Really a scam. Oussama Izem is another director who resigned now. He used to work with his wife. They are scam. He messed up my house. I was devastated. Please avoid these scammers.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this service was handled.

After the fire incident in Deptford, your team arrived giving the impression that they were there to assist with the clean-up. At no point was it made clear from the beginning that this would result in a charge of over £600 including VAT.

The situation was already stressful and upsetting for residents, and the way the service was presented felt misleading and unfair. We felt pressured to pay at the end, even though there was no clear explanation of the cost before the work was carried out.

To make matters worse, no invoice has been provided despite the amount charged. For a company offering services at this level, this is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your business practices.

I am sharing this review so other people are aware of what happened. In vulnerable situations like a fire, residents should be treated with transparency, honesty and respect — not left feeling taken advantage of.

I strongly believe your company needs to review the way your staff communicate charges before starting any work, especially during emergency situations.

I noticed that many of the 5-star reviews appear to be from users with only a single review, which makes me question how genuine they are.
Based on our own experience, I would avoid this company. My partner was initially quoted £160–£200 for an end-of-tenancy clean, but later they attempted to increase the bill to over £600. When I asked them to honour the original quote, they responded by carrying out a very poor-quality clean and refused to clean parts of the bathroom and kitchen because I would not agree to the higher price. The service was unprofessional and the quality of work fell well below what was promised. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to others.

Really happy with my experience overall. The place was clean, organised and felt well looked after. Staff were friendly and everything was explained clearly. I also appreciated the student discount which made it feel like good value. Would come back again.

They will charge you folds of more than what they will mention in their quote

Highly avoid, they will charm you with a very good end of tenancy deal under £200 but then keep on adding bits and bobs for cleaning and then get your overall bill above £650, they charge you for material and everything and will not mention anything before you book the job. Not recommended at all.

Avoid - will charge you alot more than quoted for a half arsed job.
