Always a positive experience with my consultant Emma!

I find it a little fishy that a company would contact me with a ‘no caller ID’ and try to sell me a product for $2800 that I didn’t even ask for. Also just to find out that the product I actually inquired about it isn’t even available in my province lol what a joke! Beware of these jokesters, fellas! Plus an inconsiderate pushy salesperson on the other end of the phone.

Slow to respond once money changed hands. The treatment fid not work and caused pain. They told me to stop treatment. After paying over $1000 they offered $240 refund after less than a month. Be cautious.

**The medication helped, but I would not recommend this company**

I contacted the clinic around 12 months ago for premature ejaculation. At the time, I could barely last more than a few thrusts. My initial phone call was with a helpful Australian representative who clearly explained the available treatment options, and my appointment with the doctor also went well.

Unfortunately, the service changed completely once I signed up.

After becoming a customer, all ongoing contact was handled by an offshore call centre representative. I received calls roughly every two months involving personal and uncomfortable questions, and the interactions often felt more like sales calls than genuine medical support.

I was prescribed an SSRI, which did improve my premature ejaculation. That is the only reason I am giving two stars rather than one. However, the medication also affected my sexual function, and I then felt heavily pressured to join their separate erectile dysfunction program and purchase Viagra through them.

When I originally signed up, I was told this was a 12-month treatment program and that I would likely be able to stop afterward. At the end of the 12 months, I was instead pushed to sign up for another full year. Most concerningly, I was warned that I could experience SSRI withdrawal symptoms if I did not renew the program.

Using the possibility of medication withdrawal during a sales conversation felt completely inappropriate. Any SSRI should be reduced or stopped under proper medical supervision, not used as leverage to secure another 12-month payment.

The treatment itself did help, but the ongoing service, sales pressure and lack of personalised care made the overall experience extremely uncomfortable.

My advice is to speak directly with your GP or a urologist. It may feel embarrassing, but it will likely be cheaper, more personal and focused on your health rather than selling additional treatment packages.

Until I found out about men’s health clinic I wasn’t confident in my self at all regarding PE but since I have been on the treatment plan for over a year now I have totally got a lot more confidence and feel better about my self. So if u are looking to benefit you’re performance over all , 100% would recommend this health clinic. And also my PM ( Nicole ) has been fantastic over the phone , get a call once a month to check up on me and see how the treatment is going and also just nice talks to make stuff more comfortable. Wish everyone who goes with this treatment the best

I suffered for a very long time dealing with ED, to the point I started to give up. I have a great girlfriend that supported me but deep down inside my problems were still weighing me down but then I got a life line through the men’s health clinic. I am doing the 12 month program and I can say from the first couple of days I noticed a difference and now my life has turned around.

I would recommend any man that is suffering from ED to talk to the men’s health clinic because I can guarantee you it will change your life.

They are fantastic, my support advisor Tony is fantastic and they are there for you every step of the way.

They are worth the money 100000000%.

I feel like a man again and because of them I’m living the best part of my life again.

Please before you think about giving up, give them a try you won’t regret it.

The staff , the guidance and the overall comfort to this entire process has been extremely promising. I had pretty much given up hope but with the expert guidance provided by men’s Health Clinic I am definitely noticing and seeing very positive results. As I carry on with this treatment I am extremely excited about regaining confidence and getting my life back.
