Great service / helplines and email responses. Finding this much easier than investing directly with Interactive Brokers. Having human beings at the end of the phone / email is so much better than the IBKR chat bots that drive you crazy because they're only good for basic questions. Keep it up Mexem.

I submitted my application to MEXEM and heard absolutely nothing for 10 days. I had to reach out myself just to get a response, and all I got back was a generic rejection letter with zero explanation.

What makes this even more absurd is that I am a Cyprus citizen, living right here in Cyprus, applying to a Cyprus-based broker. If they can't even handle a local applicant with basic decency, what are they even doing?

No transparency, no communication, no respect for the applicant’s time. It’s beyond pathetic. At this rate, I’m starting to wonder if I’ll get rejected at the grocery store or a coffee shop next.

Avoid this broker if you expect professionalism or fairness.

Quick and complete answer for my question

I would recommend MEXEM to all due to their excellent customer service. Every new system requires some time to adapt, how to find or do things, like resetting MFA. Customer service has been outstanding so far: hardly no waiting times, first time right solutions and quick turnaround times. Humans at the phone make such a difference.

The item arrived damaged by the shipping company. Contacting them was easy and the response was quick. They sent me a new product. I only recommend changing the shipping company. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Spoke English because my financial Italian is not that good, they had no problem and both in writing and verbally, my questions were answered in English. When email did not resolve my issue, they made a suitable time to call me and patiently helped me through the process of the new security features. Very very helpful and professional.

Hello, I'm a Zimbabwean citizen residing in south africa and I tried opening an account on your broker, but I don't know what caused my account to stay in the forever review process, also. I want to ask if you allow me to withdraw to a Zimbabwean bank though the account was opened in south africa and of course that is if you answer the first question, thanks 🙏
