Fantastic supplements. I have been a Mighty Kids customer for over a year now, and no words will be enough to say how happy I am with their vitamins. I give Vitamin C, Vitamin D3+K2 daily, and for about 3 months now, magnesium as well. The colds and viral infections used to be a battle. A cold now lasts up to 3 days with extra Vitamin C dosage, and is much milder than before. Thank you for everything you do.

Recommended by a friend for our little girl. I have also started taking their magnesium which has resolved my joint pain. Fantastic customer service. Cannot recommend these enough!

The product is like liquid gold, the magnesium 1+ is phenomenal.

I have a non verbal, VERY emotional child who is hard to regulate, she's at the age of "three-nager" so like having a little hormal mess with added profound neurodivergence!

There is a difference in behaviour since starting this, she is more chilled, and she used to bite people out of frustration, now thats pretty much disappeared, we know when we've run out of the vitamin when her mood changes again, so its definitely the Magnesium that has chilled her out, also her blood results came back perfect also and she has a severe eating disorder (ARFID) , I do use the vitamin c in this brand too but I wanted to praise the magnesium on its own haha!!

Great company very helpful great product could feel a difference almost immediately I bought the liquid magnesium liposomal I’ve only been using it for about a month and it’s made such a difference sleeping better no more night cramps I feel calmer so do not hesitate to try it it’s far better than any other Magnesium I’ve tried far better than the tablets well done guys

My daughter turned 2 in March, she was always an ok sleeper but then when the clocks changed that changed. She also started just wanting mummy only so after 11 weeks I was willing to try anything. As a final resort before having a breakdown for living off 4hrs broken sleep for months we decided to try the magnesium medicine as a last resort, thank god we did. In the last 2 weeks she has slept through the night fully from 8pm-6.30/7am bar 2 nights where she had woken up because of the heatwave etc. Because she hates taking medicine we mix the Berry flavour into a yoghurt which she has an hour before bed

I will be putting my order on repeat.

I bought this magnesium for my 2-year-old son to help him sleep better and stay calmer. We are now on our second bottle, but unfortunately I haven’t noticed any improvement. He is still not sleeping well and hasn’t become any calmer. It didn’t work for us, so I was disappointed with the results.

Started the liposomal magnesium a week ago and beginning to see noticeable difference in my son, no longer hyperactive like before, more calms and sleep time is no longer a fight. Order was delivered on time and very beautiful packaging.

My son usually takes well actually and makes a little fuss about the taste when taking it but always takes it he only needs to take 5ml. We ordered mighty kids after seeing them online & that they taste better wish we hadn’t fallen for that we spent £80 complete waste of money the fish oil we can hide in juice but he usually just drinks water so means having to give him juice every day the magnesium he needs to take 10ml he won’t let you near him with it & we can’t hide it in anything he gags at the taste there’s no way any child is taking this he’s never reacted like that with any medicine he is also the same with the multivitamin.

My boy has been a terrible sleeper since birth. At 14 months I was desperate, still waking every half hour to 1.5 hours relentlessly. He now manges stretches of 3-6 hours each night and manages to stay asleep past 5:00 - fantastic. We use the Magnesium and the multi vit. Its costly, and I find it tricky to spend so much on supplements but its worth it for our health.

The magnesium is life changing!! My toddler and I both take it and it gives us much better quality sleep. Really noticeable when we forget to give it to him - early starts, more restless in the night.

We love this company and their products! The kids magnesium has made a huge improvement in the muscle cramps and poor sleep that our son experiences due to his cerebral palsy. We are so grateful that we found Mighty Kids Supplements because the options available to us in the states are at best the wrong kind of magnesium that we want and at worst about the same nutritional value as a bag of jelly beans . On top of their wonderful products Mighty Kids also has FANTASTIC customer service and I’m not sure how they pull it off but the shipping is super fast also! 10/10 no notes!

After 3 years of interrupted nights with our eldest, I had to try the liposomal Magnesium. After approx a week, my kid slept trough the night and his sleep only became better. So now I give my 2 kids the multi, vitamin D, omega-3 and Magnesium and I can say they really have become mighty kids. Healthy, sleeping trough the night. And the best thing: I’m a well rested mom now!

I use this company’s products for my 19 month old. He gets omega 3, multi-vitamin and magnesium. I’m not sure if I’ve noticed a massive difference in him and we’ve been using for 3 months now but it’s reassuring to know he gets all the vitamins he needs.

My 4yr old Son is a VERY active little Boy, but when it comes to focus and paying attention he was struggling. He also has a speech delay that we are in Therapy for. We suspect ADHD and Mild Autism, although still waiting on diagnosis.
I kept seeing lots of things about Magnesium and its benefits for Neurodiverse children online, and was skeptical but thought "what the hell".
All i can say is OMG, what a difference!!
We started off with one Dose in a smoothie on a Sunday night. The next day at Nursery, he comes home with a certificate for "excellent listening and paying attention". Amazing. At first i thought it was a weird coincidence, but all i keep hearing is how well he's doing.
Less erratic, more focused, joining in on all the activities, doing really well with his speech and much more settled. The school have actually mentioned how he's a different Child.
We are so pleased with his progress, i never thought we would see photos of him sitting at a desk doing schoolwork! Unbelievable.
The thought of him starting Reception in September is much less scary.

These supplements are literal life savers. Magnesium has changed out life's has a family. Even my 9 year old said they make his brain work better 🥰 we have been using these for years now. Subscription is great too.

Thank you Might Kids for such excellent customer service. I ordered 2 bottles of the Kids Magnesium on Tuesday, by Wednesday it was delivered. My daughter tried the berry flavour and it was not for her. I contacted Mighty Kids on Thursday and they have advised will refund me for the opened bottle and i can exchange the unopened bottle for a different flavour. Very quick customer service 10/10

Firstly the delivery is very quick. I love that you can gain points on your purchase and in theory get a free product regularly.
The actual vitamins themselves are great. We have used them now for over a year with our just turned five year old and nearly 3 year old. They have never been poorly, if I feel a sniffle coming along I add a little extra vitamin but over all they are really healthy.
Now the real star is the magnesium. We originally purchased to support our eldest with her sleep. It's always hard to know if a product has worked or if things are a phase etc.
This past week we went abroad and forgot to pack our magnesium and vitamins. Firstly both children ended up with a cough (probably from mixing with lots of others and not having those extra vitamins as support). But the mood swings and sleep avoidance was high. We experienced tantrums that we have never had before. Again, we weren't sure if it was tiredness from travel and being in a new place and just general age (especially for our two year old) but as soon as we were home and they had their magnesium again, they were our children. No shouting, no quick to argue, able to regulate. Eating properly and not being picky.
I will honestly never forget to pack them again. One week off has shown me the benefits.

I am normally not someone who writes reviews, but this brand has made such a difference to my son's life that I really wanted to share our experience. I would like to say a big thank you to Mighty Kids and the amazing team behind it.My son was diagnosed with Selective Mutism, an anxiety condition that made it very difficult for him to speak. We started giving him Mighty Magnesium, and after about 3 months we began to see a huge improvement. Over time, he completely recovered and was discharged from speech therapy. Even his speech therapist was surprised because they had explained that selective mutism is usually a long term condition and progress is often very slow.My son also used to get frequent infections. Following our paediatrician's advice he had his tonsils and adenoids removed, but he still kept getting sick. We then started giving him Mighty Vitamin C, and his immunity improved so much. A year later, he hardly gets ill. Sometimes almost all the children in his class are off sick, and he is still healthy and attending school. I honestly never thought I would see such a big change.I can't thank Rachel Whitaker and the team behind Mighty Kids enough. These supplements have made a real difference to my son's life.
