I ordered 28th May and still no…
I ordered 28th May and still no delivery. No update about delivery date. The email provided didn't work. The products might be good, shipping and customer service aren't in this situation.
We placed the order through a UK website, expecting delivery within 2–3 days. It was not disclosed that the item would be shipped from the Netherlands.

We’d like to clarify that your order from May 28th was shipped promptly on May 30th and, according to the tracking information, was successfully delivered on June 11th. We're happy to provide the tracking link for your reference – just let us know if you need it.
We’re also sorry to hear that you had trouble reaching us by email. We’ll double-check our contact channels to make sure everything is working as it should.
Please note that all our products are dispatched from Germany. Your order will not be dispatched from the Netherlands.

We have gladly reviewed your request.
Your order was dispatched on the day it was placed. Two days later, your order was forwarded to a shop for collection and was then ready for collection there.
As the parcel was not collected, it was returned to our warehouse.
As soon as we received the parcel, we sent it out again.
According to current tracking, the parcel will be delivered today. We will send you the tracking number separately by e-mail.

Altered capsules - not edible
I received some capsules whose content was altered. Not edible. Very expensive. Waste of money

Thank you very much for your feedback. Feedback like this is particularly important to us in order to improve our service.
We are sorry that you have received capsules that appear to be contaminated in some way. Our products are sometimes very sensitive and can change due to external environmental influences. In most cases, the capsules become discolored.
In such cases, you will receive a replacement product from us. Simply send us photos to info@mitocare.de and let us know which product is damaged. Ideally, you should also let us know the batch number or take a photo of it. You will find the batch number on the outside of the capsule cans.
We look forward to hearing from you and will be happy to replace the product free of charge.
