The course was intense (especially the first 7 modules) but useful. The live sessions and modules were well organised and informative. The AI in the platform was great when I had questions. The teachers and coaches were very professional and helpful. I recommend the course if it relates to your job role, you can schedule studying and you have a supportive manager.

The individual coaches and content were very good but there was so much staff turnover that I never felt I got to know anyone or get comfortable with people. It was also unfortunate that our instructor left close to the end of our programme.
well supportive company with wealth of information
Despite experiencing several health setbacks, I successfully completed my course and achieved a great result, thanks to the continuous guidance and support from my coach, Sarah Stevens-Brown.While the course provided a wealth of information, managing the workload within the given timeframe was a constant challenge, and I wish I had more time to explore the materials further. I also found adapting to multiple tutors quite difficult and feel that having a single, consistent tutor throughout the programme would be much better. On a positive note, the reasonable adjustments offered by MV were incredibly beneficial. Additionally, the transition to the new traffic light system for async work is a fantastic improvement and much more user-friendly.
Fab experience
The support from the coaches was great. And Atlas was a great source of support and help. I enjoyed the sessions when all apprentices came together to collaborate on skills learned
A frustrating experience
My experience started out wonderfully - I love the learning platform and the quality of the e-learning packages and community events was very high. Unfortunately, it did deteriorate throughout the year. The main problems were having multiple different coaches across the year which meant I didn't feel any of them knew me well, an over-reliance on AI which, as good as Atlas is, doesn't in any way make up for being able to speak to a trained human coach and workshops which were chaotic with very high cohorts. The worst problem for me though was the inconsistency in information. The information given by Atlas (AI), my coach and the workshop tutor were all different and when I tried to get a straight answer I was told "I'll have to check that and get back to you" but they never did. This meant I went into my EPA with incorrect information and it was incredibly stressful. I passed, but I'm just relieved more than happy. Frustratingly, Multiverse could be outstanding and I really hope they take all the feedback they receive and improve.
Excellent Support from Start to Finish
I had a great experience with Accelerate People throughout the assessment process. A special thank you to Tobiloba Osinowa, who was highly professional, supportive, and personable from start to finish. Tobiloba made the experience smooth and comfortable, provided clear guidance, and communicated everything effectively. Their encouragement and positive attitude helped make what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable. I truly appreciated their dedication and professionalism and would highly recommend Accelerate People to anyone going through an assessment process.
Lack of support and training
Lack of support and training. Focus on OTJ and not actual course content, death my constant multiple choice assessments. Threats to kick you off despite the course not starting based on OTJ, no check on progress or learning support other than this. Short live sessions at random times on different days making it hard to block book. Basically self help course.
Course and coaches were excellent
The course and coaches were excellent. As a senior business analyst and a committee member for British Standards Institute, I felt the content and delivery was very good, and not jumping towards using technology just for technology sake.
My experience has been excellent
My experience has been excellent. The support provided throughout my learning journey has been outstanding. The trainer helped me develop both my knowledge and technical skills through clear guidance, practical advice, and engaging group coaching sessions. They were always approachable and willing to answer questions, ensuring everyone felt supported. I particularly appreciated the extra sessions that were arranged to reinforce learning and address specific challenges. The one-to-one support was extremely valuable, providing personalised guidance that helped build my confidence and understanding. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to learner success made a significant positive impact on my development.
AI Powered Productivity Course Review
AI Powered Productivity Course Review
I am unsure how long the Multiverse AI Powered Productivity Programme (AIPP) has been running, but at times it felt as though parts of the course were still evolving. There were occasions when coaches and instructors were unable to answer straightforward questions about programme processes, course structure, or assessment requirements.
Over the course of the programme, my cohort had four different coaches and three different instructors. The frequent changes created an inconsistent learning experience and required learners to continually adapt to different delivery styles.
Support was another challenge. Response times through the support hub were often slow, and some responses failed to address the issue raised.
Communication was not always clear either; for example, I only discovered a mandatory post-Gateway session by chance and subsequently informed others in my cohort.
The course content was largely focused on AI implementation, while the apprenticeship itself was aligned to the Digital Applications Technician standard. This sometimes made it difficult to connect the learning to the assessment requirements, and parts of the curriculum felt disconnected from the practical realities of implementing AI solutions.
Feedback on these issues was regularly provided throughout the programme, but there was little visible evidence of improvements being made, with many of the same concerns persisting until completion.
Overall, the programme introduced some useful AI concepts, but inconsistent delivery, communication, and support significantly impacted the learner experience.
The materials were hands on
The materials were hands on, the instructors and coaches very approachable and ready to help
It's a mixed bag
What was good: Learning materials, The portal was easy to navigate, examples provided were helpful, as were full descriptions of the KSB's. The instructor led teams learning (In Parts), Tutor sessions, and 1-1 bookable sessions.
What didn't work well: Inconstant facilitators, sessions were cancelled at short notice, and we didn't know who was going to lead the session. This all happened at the crucial time of the course as we were nearing gateway.
The Course was an AI implementation course crammed into a Digital Application Technicians qualification. This meant that there was a language barrier when we started trying to evidence KSB's and large segments of the course did not seem relevant to the implementation of AI solutions.
The start of the course seemed really slow, and therefore you were instantly behind in your study hours.
There was also of confusion around the templated need for the final evaluation.
DIBD is highly recommended
DIBD is highly recommended. The course is well structured, practical, and closely aligned with real-world workplace scenarios, making the skills learned both useful and transferable.
The workload is manageable alongside a full-time role due to the flexible, self-paced format.
Support from both the Multiverse team, technical SME and my coach was excellent throughout the programme! The course also caters well for learners with additional learning needs, with dedicated support and an understanding team available to help where needed.
The EPA was smooth, well organised, and clearly communicated.
Overall, the programme offers strong value for those looking to develop practical data and business insight skills. While the course can be challenging at times and requires commitment and self-discipline, the sense of achievement upon completion and passing is incredibly rewarding and makes the effort worthwhile.
Great organisation
Great organisation, with professionalism through to their core. The tutors were really knowable, highly experienced and put the students first making studying a real pleasure. I went from no knowledge to a lot of knolwedges fast
Not worth your time
I don't usually leave reviews but multiverse is not worth your time, things are disjointed, not especially useful and certainly not worth the time. Would not recommend.
I can see why Multiverse have so many…
I can see why Multiverse have so many poor reviews. They really have no idea what a knowledgeable AI Technology instructor has to offer. Clearly employing the wrong people.
This has been a challenging but…
This has been a challenging but valuable journey. The information, worksheets, modules, workshops, and coaching support were all very helpful in supporting my learning and development throughout the course.
A key aspect of the experience was learning on the job, which made the content practical and relevant. However, balancing this alongside work commitments was sometimes difficult, as it required setting aside dedicated time.
While the course was well-structured and supportive, I do feel it could have been slightly longer. Having more time would have reduced the pressure and allowed for a more comfortable pace to fully complete and absorb all the elements.
Overall, it has been a positive and worthwhile experience that has contributed to my growth.
I rarely leave reviews
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write this to warn others before they spend their hard-earned money here.
I initially spoke with Rob, who advised me on which course would be best for my situation. I was supposed to start earlier last month, but despite reaching out three separate times, I was never successfully enrolled onto the course.
Each time I contacted Rob, I was told he would follow up and confirm my place. That follow-up never happened. As a result, I’ve been left completely in the dark about whether I’m actually enrolled or not.
I’ve spent hours trying to get this sorted, and it has been extremely frustrating. It’s almost impossible to get hold of anyone, and the lack of communication and organisation has been incredibly poor.
Overall, the experience has been completely unacceptable and very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before signing up.
Awful experience
Awful experience, course didn’t start till January, their systems said it started in December meaning passive aggressive e-mails from “coaches” demanding to know why OTJ hours weren’t logged.
Tried explaining that you can’t log hours if the course hasn’t even begun!
Attended the first workshop and that’s when it dawned on me what absolute charlatans these are, soon as you ask any question they don’t like…..you are removed from the course and lose access to all your work with no return correspondence.
Avoid!
Introduction to course started in December but officially didn’t start actual ‘work’ until mid January. In the interim period, over 30 hours ‘off the job’ training was asked for. This consisted of random requirements e.g You tube sound bites, irrelevant news articles and other mostly pointless materials. Failure to do these extra hours resulted in threats of course removal.. it was the holiday season and hadn’t even properly kicked off yet!
The course itself consisted (so far) of what appears to be miscellaneous collections of other companies IP, confusing requirements and no real cohesion around course content or expected deadlines.
Most of what is being ‘taught’ here could easily be done in a one week course or tik tok video and at a better quality to boot.
Never again.
