I recently purchased supplements from My protein and have been very impressed with both the product quality and the overall service. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was fast, and the products arrived well packaged.

The supplement itself is excellent quality and exactly as described. It mixes well, tastes great, and has become a valuable part of my daily routine. I also appreciate the clear labelling and detailed nutritional information, which gives me confidence in what I'm buying.

Myprotein has been my go-to supplement brand for a while now, and I’ve ordered from them multiple times. I’m consistently impressed with the quality of their products, the careful packing, and how well they keep you updated on your order status. Orders are usually despatched quickly (often next-day) and arrive well-protected in nice packaging.
Unfortunately, the experience is let down by the courier they use — Evri. Their handling is consistently poor. Packages regularly arrive beaten up, thrown over my back gate, or launched at the doorstep. In the last year, I’ve only had one order that arrived in decent condition.
To be clear, this is not Myprotein’s fault — it’s entirely down to the second-rate service from Evri. I’m sure many other customers would happily pay a little extra for a more reliable delivery option like Royal Mail or UPS instead.
Overall, great company and great products — just a shame about the delivery partner.

I placed an order and it eventually showed as DISPATCHED but not delivered. After two weeks I enquired about it through their overly-covert messages system but they kept avoiding my questions (“WHAT has been dispatched?”). It appears they don’t have the product- Clear Vegan Protein Apple and Elderflower- in stock, nothing has been dispatched (?!) and they don’t know when it will be. Horrendous customer service and a bit of a scam. I wanted this on hand for an upcoming surgery. Happy to take your money but not answer questions directly. I suspect any reply here from them will be ambiguous and unhelpful as well. Strongly would recommend to avoid and shop elsewhere.

Great products from the clear whey protein shakes that taste amazing to the protein cookies that help fill a hunger void after the gym! Delivery is quick and easy as always can’t fault MyProtein. Already got my next shopping list ready

Clear vegan blood orange protein shake is the best I have ever tasted and I have tried most flavours. I t has a clean really fruity taste just like freshly squeezed orange juice and it's hard not to keep having another one.

I’ve tried a lot of creatine products over the years, but THE Creatine (Creapure®) from Myprotein is easily the best I’ve had. The quality is outstanding, it mixes really well, and I’ve noticed a clear improvement in my strength, performance, and recovery since using it.

What also stands out is how fast the delivery is. Every order arrives quickly, is well packaged, and the whole process is hassle-free from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a premium-quality creatine from a company you can rely on, I highly recommend THE Creatine (Creapure®). Excellent product and excellent service.

This is my first foray into supplements, and I loved the way that Myprotein handled it: really clear labelling, super fast delivery, good deals, and the taste is actually amazing! I'm hooked already and will continue to stick with Myprotein.

Purchased clothing and were unsuitable so I returned, I received email confirmation my order had been received on 11th May from my protein. It is now 4th June and no refund as yet, I have been on numerous times and raised a complaint and each occassion they advise me to give it another 3-5 working days. The Customer Relations Executive Natalia looked at this for me and advised that she had this matter resolved and guess what refund would take another 3-5 working days. That time has passed and still no refund, I have given this company ample time to process my refund. I will now be raising a claim through paypal to get my money back. From my personal exoerience I would recommend people avoid this company. The excuse they used for this delay was that the order had been scanned into the warehouse but not scanned through as a refund as yet. This is not an acceptable excuse.
Stay well clear!

Vanilla whey tastes like a milkshake, clear whey vimto tastes like vimto. No complaints!!

Amazing protein. Got the clear one, black cherry flavour. Was truly surprised by how easy to drink it is, and tasty. Well done, will be buying again.

Very disappointing experience. I returned several items due to wrong sizing and paid for the return shipping myself, using the correct label generated. The shipping company finished the delivery back to the Myprotein, yet nearly two months later I still have not received my refund.

I also reached out through the website's messaging, but never got proper help or a clear answer. Holding a customer's money for this long with no resolution is simply not acceptable.

A very unserious company. I would not order again. Please return my money.

I have ordered the strawberry/kiwi protein powder many times and it is my favourite - tastes good and dissolves entirely leaving a refreshing juice. Delivery comes fairly quickly and the website is easy to manoeuvre. The only drawback I have is it is on the expensive side.

Had been on a break from MP due to previous delivery problems but their products are too good.
I love the vimto clear whey & the protein wafers are the only sweet treat that actually tastes like a treat!.
So im back & thankfully they used Royal Mail
Next day delivery & updates all the way.
I hope this continues because their products are the best ive tried.

Paid an order via Multibanco (order 754977859). The amount was debited instantly from my bank account, but the order was later cancelled by MyProtein with no delivery and no refund.

Despite all evidence provided, MyProtein claims that they did not receive the funds.

However, my bank investigated the transaction, contacted MyProtein, and was informed during that investigation that MyProtein confirmed receipt of the funds.

MyProtein is therefore providing contradictory information: they state to me that they did not receive the payment, while at the same time confirming to my bank that the funds were received during their investigation.

The order was cancelled, I have not received the goods, and I have not received a refund. The issue remains unresolved despite clear evidence.

Bought to increase my collagen as an older person. Wasn't sure what to expect, but so fa so good. Flavours really nice.

The site is good and a wide range of products. The only downside is the clear whey does not dissolve easily and I'm often left with bits, no matter how long I mix it.

Ordered from my protein plenty of times, always great products with quick delivery times and always an offer to be had. A great selection of proteins and supplements and a fairly priced clothing line. As with any protein the flavours are a bit hit or miss but that’s subjective, the clear whey protein powder is a particular favourite that offers good mix-ability with fruity flavours so it’s more like a juice than a shake.

Can never really find a good product I like from here. Recently tried clear whey and has an aftertaste I don’t like which I find a lot of clear wheys have. Not for me. The MP clothing is good but only one collection I really really like which was tempo wave. Nice thick material. Bring back please.

Website is easy to use and there's usually great sales! I just wish on multi pack clear way more of the nice flavour were included like the pineapple or mango and Orange! Or to have the option of what you want! Second time ordering and I just end up throwing away some flavours as I'm not a fan! Also fast delivery was very much appreciated

Myprotein is always quick to send out orders. Their site is clear and concise with information. Prices are great too.
