With so many choices on your website
With so many choices on your website, and product name evolution, I found it hard to find exactly what I wanted.
That said, once I found the items the next day delivery was indeed next day despite a very late order. Clear whey protein flavour is great (orange and mango) and successfully used unflavoured isolate to boost protein content in a curry.
I'm a first time buyer from the My Protein and will be back.

Excellent taste
Excellent taste! I was skeptical as I’ve had clear whey before and it was awful. But have ordered the raspberry lemonade and a sample of the watermelon and the peach and all taste juts like squash! You wouldn’t even know you’re having a protein shake. Fast shipping too!!

So… ordering from my protein is always…
So… ordering from my protein is always easy, they upgraded my shipping for free,
My gripe is the prices, so my protein was always the brand for people needing supplements on a budget… my last order of 2.5kg powder, with a new shaker, a half gallon water bottle and 2 items of clothing only cost £10 more than my recent order of 1kg powder and a shaker bottle.. I get inflation but whey is a by product of cheese production, it’s the least valuable part, my proteins prices are now on pay with brands like optimum nutrition and their equivalent product has higher protein per serving, lower fat per serving and less sugar per serving… the budget friendly “old reliable” brand have now priced themselves equal to market leaders so I think I’ll most likely be switching brands… I’m paying the same so might as well get a cleaner and higher protein per serving! Also this price comparison is after I had applied the 15% discount

The whole process from start to finish was banging! Including the products!! The clear whey is so much better than the actual whey due to it not being heavy and sitting on you! Better gains i find!

I ordered impact whey isolate powder. I’ve ordered the same protein for the past few times and it was always good, however this time the quality is really really bad and it’s gone sticky inside and it’s like small balls.

As a gym goer for 8 years who’s struggled with consistency and lifestyle balance, your products have been a massive help to my journey. For those who can relate, sometimes this lifestyle can be a whirlwind and gym going can become ur second job lol. But when you have the right products it completely changes the game!
I purchase your flavoured clear whey protein which by the way best clear whey products i’ve ever tried. The flavours are unmatched. These aren’t your horrible protein-y flavoured drinks, they literally taste like cordial and on a hot summers day, the easiest way to hydrate & hit your protein goals. I find myself wanting to have more throughout the day which is crazy for my experience with other protein products that are usually way harder to digest.
A repeat purchase for me, a product that genuinely problem solves and tastes amazing so it’s a 11/10 from me!
p.s i’ve tried the vimto, watermelon, & rasberry lemonade flavour, all amazing with personal preference for the watermelon (super YUM).

Ripoff!
That is my last order placed with myprotein and it was only to use my credit I had. Horrific company. Ridiculously increases to their prices and products are far inferior to other brands now. Used to be a good product at a fair price, now poor quality products for an absurd price. Anyone reading this and unsure of prices for supplements - don’t use myprotein, they have MASSIVELY increased their prices well beyond what the products are worth.large bag of whey protein was £56 2 months ago, now £98!!!!!

Extortionate recent price rises
I bought a 2.7kg bag of Impact Whey 3 months ago for £56.52. Everything was delivered fine, the protein was good, no problems whatsoever. Today, I went to re-order the exact same product and it now costs £97.49!
I thought this was an error so I spoke to Customer Services via live chat and they just told me 'Due to rising costs across manufacturing, ingredients, packaging, transportation, and other operational expenses, prices have increased across the Myprotein range.'
I understand the need for price rises, but a 72% increase in 3 months is extortionate. Talk about being ripped off. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Good protein drink
I. Bought a six pack of clear whey orange and mango drink. It arrived at the stated time. The drink itself is very paletable though slightly sweet for my taste. Will probably buy again. A good way to add protein to my diet.

Prices are continuing to rise
Prices are continuing to rise. £97 for 2.5kg of whey protein that I paid £50 for in Feb & May. Ive heard the " The industry has been affected by commodity, production and freight costs which have all increased significantly in recent times and this is having a global impac" but really, almost 100% increase is some hike. The change on the website to advertise serving rather than weight doesnt hide this fact. Ive been a loyal customer for almost a decade but im now reluctantly having to look elsewhere due to price increase and lack of stock.

Prices have risen astronomically.
Typically only purchase Impact Whey Protein. last few orders have cost
£46.79 (2.5KG)
£53.19 (2.7KG)
then £59.09 (2.7KG)
all purchased this year(2026), now I have just seen the price for a 2.7KG bag including a 10% discount is an astonishing £87.74 and increase of 48.6% that is mental!!
you used to sell 5kg for £50.

Ordered my protein whey clear and it tastes amazing. I need to increase my daily protein but didn’t want the heavy milk shakes. Was recommended the whey clear as there plenty different flavours and so far I love vimto, mango & orange, cranberry & rasperry and still to try the watermelon. This helps my muscles to build and recovery after a workout. This was my second order with great discount and free upgrade delivery to next day. Highly recommend Myprotein.
