Just bought 2 Impact whey isolate powders 480g Natural Chocolate.
Both expire at the end of November 2025.
Is that good customer service?
Disappointed. Will look elsewhere from now onwards.

I’ve been using The Impact Diet Whey since June, and it’s one of the best products I’ve tried. I’ve lost 18.7 kg, going from 112.5 kg in just four months. Of course, I want to make it very clear — you must adjust your diet, exercise regularly, build a strict routine, and educate yourself about nutrition and fitness. This isn’t a magic solution; it’s simply a way to replace certain foods, not your entire nutritional intake. For the next three to six months, I’ll probably switch to Impact Whey Isolate, but for anyone just starting their fitness journey, I highly recommend The Impact Diet Whey.

In terms of quality, your brand delivers excellent products. However, I’m increasingly frustrated with the pricing strategy based on constant “promotions” that artificially inflate the base price.
For instance, 2.5 kg of Whey Isolate cost €59.66 in June 2024, then €71.49 in October 2024, an increase of approximately 20%. Currently, the same product is listed at a so called “promotional” price of €114.99, with a regular price of €164.99, representing an increase of 93% compared to June and a 130% higher base price overall.
While I truly appreciate the quality of your products, these disproportionate price adjustments and misleading promotions make them far less attractive. Instead of spending €114 on your Whey, I now purchase from competitors offering equal or even superior quality at a lower and more stable price point, meaning I end up buying from them more frequently.

Super fast from ordering to dispatched and delivered. Great quality product. The clear whey isolate is so easy to drink and really nice tasting.

I now use Whey isolate and Creatine daily..at 69..I was unsure of effects ..but I can ..focus..rep to exhaustion....and now joining my partner first early morning Huskie walks...the aim is 6-pack by 70...I better get on...just keep those supplements coming Guys..!!!!

I write this at what feels like an end of an era. Since I took up powerlifting about 12 years ago now I have routinely ordered products from My Protein almost every month of every year. I began using them because they were very cheap compared to the rest of the larger branded products - but yet made amazing quality products with basic, no frills packaging. I figured why pay double the price for some protein just because it comes in a big plastic fancy looking tub?!!

They had so many products to choose from, not just basic products for beginners but advanced things like PeptoPro and Dextrose carbs for those seriously into training and getting proper results from time spent in the gym. The Discounts were continually much cheaper than the competition too (Bulk). Now that has all changed over the past year it seems - No more PeptoPro Hydrocasein, No more Dextrose carbs (essential for gaining weight and powerlifting), No more Cola flavoured EAA's etc etc.

Looking around on the site they are also claiming to be improving their products like The Whey, but in fact are changing the ratios of the types of protein contained in it to include more of the cheaper inferior ones such as concentrate whilst masking that fact by saying it has Hydrowhey (which in reality is a tiny amount and pretty much useless). The prices are no longer really competitive either, and the regular substantial discounts are long gone.

The product investment strategy now seems to be towards appealing to young teenage kids otherwise known as 'Influencers' with cheap and basic proteins and clear whey formulas which in reality are nowhere near as effective as things like Hydrowhey Isolate and PeptoPro. Even their EAA Flavours have gone from about 9 to just 3 becuase 'the kids don't like the taste of them'. Come on My Protein - do what you use to do best which was offer great cutting edge products at cheap prices. Luckily I have looked alsewhere and found better tasting EAA's now, why someone figured EEA's should contain electrolytes either is beyond me as in the pro version. The amounts of the electrolytes in them are so low to even be effective anyway and the flavours look disgusting too. Anyway, I am sure they won't miss my £100 every month, (£1200) a year in the realm of things.

Tried both the Vanilla and Chocolate Smooth Whey Isolate Powder now- both heavily artificial, frothy and almost inedible! With the vanilla I was able to mix half a scoop in with smoothies to disguise the taste, and eventually got through the bag a year later. I made the mistake of giving them another chance and ordering the Chocolate Smooth- even worse! It has a strong artificial sweetener taste, and a repulsive flavour. Nothing like chocolate, more like chemicals. It will most likely end up in the bin! I can’t see anyone liking it. If you contact them regarding the awful taste of the product, they don’t want to know as they don’t offer exchanges once a product is opened, so it is a complete waste of money. I don’t see how anyone could like this, so I wouldn’t risk ordering it!

Great product quick delivery, having a mix between concentrate isolate and hydrolised helps my gut health out a bunch

Great advertisement and influencer ads, products are in great condition and dispatch so quickly.

Next day delivery was on-time and actually ahead of scheduled time. The parcel was well-packaged and handled properly.

For my previous order - Whey protein isolate is generally easy to dissolve (except matcha 1st version) and comes with various flavours. Milk tea tastes great and comparable to those from boba tea shop. Haven’t tried those I ordered this time but probably nothing major with natural vanilla.

Terrible delivery and customer service. Evri marked my parcel (order 695795613) “could not deliver” despite the collection shop being open, so I had to reorganise my day twice only for the parcel to be returned to sender. I originally paid £125.09 for 5 kg of Impact Whey Isolate (Chocolate Smooth), but now it costs £169.99 if I want to repurchase — a £44.90 difference. Myprotein only offered small amounts of store credit (£5, then £10), refused to refund to my original payment method beyond the order total, and have still not provided a refund reference or timestamped delivery-attempt evidence. Completely unacceptable.

Amazing product that worked amazingly for my IBS. Completely lost on how it worked. Soya protein isolate works well it was the only other thing. But then it stopped being effective. This has been amazing so far though. Nothing else has ever worked!

Can’t fault delivery time. Another order of clear isolate proteins. Had the fantastic 4 blue bubble gum and raspberry and lemonade, both great, trying the water melon and Chupa chips this time. Great drink to have whilst training.

Once again excellent service on unbelievable deals on some top quality supplements, ordered the isolate americano, wow over ice just delicious....go on try it 💪

Blueberry flavour whey isolate, great choice

The website is very easy to navigate and there’s plenty of choice. I’m making my way through the soy isolate flavours and chocolate smooth is by far my favourite so far. Shipping was quick and the products are cheap, considering they are vegan!

Ordered salted caramel whey isolate protein but tasted nothing like it. Very bland. Disappointed.

I got the Whey Isolate (Chocolate Brownie) and honestly it’s AMAZING! If you’re someone that doesn’t like extra sweet things, this is the perfect flavour. I had initially bought the banana flavour and omg that was horribly sweet, I needed to hold my breath to drink it. But the CHOCOLATE BROWNIE 😍 is PERFECT! This is going to be my go to from now on. It’s very well balanced and is so easy and tasty to consume. 🔟 / 🔟 well done MyProtein for this flavour✅
