I am writing to report a severe issue with the Soy Protein I recently ordered from MyProtein.nl .

I am lactose intolerant and transitiong to a veggie diet, which is why I decided to switch from another brand to MyProtein and try soy protein for the very first time. I consumed the product for the first time on Tuesday, September 2, 2026, and I could never have imagined it would be this disgusting.

The product is completely undrinkable. The powder does not dissolve at all and remains extremely clumpy. The taste is absolutely awful, and worse still, I actually vomited shortly after consuming it.

As a first-time customer of MyProtein soy range, this was a terrible experience. Given the unacceptable quality and the physical reaction it caused me, I requested a full refund for this item.

Ordered some whey protein on the 28th August and still not dispatched 😕

Ordering process very intuitive, decent prices, I got the salted caramel whey protein which is delicious. Competitively priced.
Delivery was fast.
Will definitely return as a customer.

Unfortunatly the impact protein is getting very expensive/unaffordable for daily use. Will have to look for alternatives 😞

Bought Creatine and Impact Diet Whey protein. Always very happy with the taste and quality of the products and the speed of the delivery. I do feel, however, that the Impact Diet whey protein could be clearer in advertising how many servings you will get per product size. This is the case for other options of protein powders, and keeping it uniform across the products would avoid any confusion. It could also be seen as misleading, despite the small acknowledgement of serving sizes in the product images and suggested use section.

Ive tried many if the whey protein+collagen and impact, all of them delicious so far, chocolate, strawberries and cream, banana milkshake, chocolate milkshake, caffe latte. Not too thick, just a lovely shake, and I'm incredibly fussy

Lovely taste on the protein impact +collegen. I was meant to order just the whey. My bad. Only just started it. Good packaging.

Order for my son who loves the product but the changes in sizes and huge increase in price of whey protein will mean we can no longer purchase. Previous orders of £58 now at £98! Thats a huge increase and seems greedy.

Price of whey protein has increased by too much...

From Jan2026 to Apr2026 - Increased by 33% for 2.7kg (granted went from 2.5kg to 2.7kg)

From Apr2026 to Aug2026 - Increased by 25%

(regardless of frequent discounts from 40 - 55% - these I have taken into account.)

This is just too much - and not justifiable by the impact of the high changes we see in general in the world economics this year.

Competitors have not increased whey protein by same amount.

May 2026: Whey Isolate £37.83
August 2026: Whey Isolate £49.04

Price increase in 3 months: 32%!

I know raw whey materials are up but I seriously doubt they are up that much.

The price and service doesn’t justify the product anymore sadly

I ordered the Whey protein power Vimto, raspberry, orange and passionfruit flavour.

Everything about this purchase was great. Easy to order. The item came the next day. I was informed by text taht he item was being shipped and again when it was out for delivery and again when it had been delived.
The product its self tastes great.
No complaints at all. Great service, great product

Product was delivered on time and it makes a delicious protein drink. Would definitely recommend it.

Wrong advertising.
I odered vanilla ice cream imapact whey protein milkshake. According to the online advertising, there is no thickness and the taste I didn’t like it.

First of all, I’m not saying the product wasn’t any good. Their protein is absolutely good quality. For me tho it has just got too expensive. Last September I bought 2.5kg of chocolate whey protein powder and 500g creatine, the price was £59. This August I bought 2.7kg chocolate whey protein power and 500g creatine, the price £97.
I also bought a couple boxes of protein bars, 24. They work out at £1.60 each. I use these for work, again great quality and tasty.
In today’s climate you have to try and keep the prices to what you can afford.
So unfortunately I have decided to bring my business somewhere else. I found another company which is also of good quality. For 4.8kg chocolate whey protein powder and 500g creatine- £99. And 24 protein bars will cost £1 each. This is exactly my budget.

Myprotein is a good quality company, I’ve been using them for years with no problems at all. Just got too expensive.

So much variety for everyones needs, easy to choose, quick delivery. Good deals on all the time.

In particular the clear whey cranberry and raspberry is superb! My favourite!

Whey Protein vanilla, great tasting, using as one meal replacement.
Speedy delivery

“Vanilla Birthday Cake” bars were insanely disappointing. Inside looked nothing like the product and had a sour aftertaste that made me throw up multiple times. Syrups and whey powders are good.

Delivery is always quick and products are great! Especially love the clear whey and the creatine. There both great. Only disappointment has been the vegan protein, which I only bought as its so cheap. It’s no worse than any other vegan protiens I've tried. Always find they taste of pea slightly and don't mix as well.
