Never disappoints
I’ve always bought my protein from here. The isolate whey protein has went up quite a bit in price so I’ve tried the soy protein and it seems decent. A bit sweeter in taste but it hits the spot. Unable to tell though the regarding any difference in the quality of protein.

Great products
From purchasing, delivery then to sampling all was 5 stars. I have no complaints.
My main reason for shopping at myprotein was for protein, the grass fed honey vanilla whey isolate is delicious and I’ve had no stomach issues too, so I’m a very happy customer.

Affordable, good range of products
A generally affordable protein brand, with a good range of products and flavours.

Appalling customer service after sending heavily mouldy products
Placed a large order with Myprotein totaling over £160, purely because of a promotion offering a "free" 12-pack of protein brownies. Their prices have skyrocketed lately—with whey isolate jumping from around £78 to over £104—so I wouldn't have even purchased if it weren't for the incentive.
I opened the whey and collagen powders on day one to start using them. Three days later, I opened the brownie box only to find them completely covered in disgusting, visible mould.
Trying to get this sorted through the Myprotein app is a joke. The live chat window glitches so you can't scroll or read past a few lines, and the messaging portal limits you to a single photo upload, making it impossible to send all the evidence of the mould, batch codes, and expiry dates. To make it worse, their automated customer care emails just bounce back with delivery errors when you try to reply.
When I finally got a response, their Quality Compliance team was completely unwilling to help whatsoever. They claimed that because the brownies showed as £0.00 on the invoice, they won't refund them. Instead, they forced an unwanted £15 store credit on me and told me I have to return the entire order "unopened" for a full refund. Since the protein powders were opened on day one, they are practically denying me a refund entirely. I'm happy to return the open bags, but they need to pay for shipping given they sent me a serious health hazard.
Environmental Health has been notified and has officially opened an active investigation into them. Completely unacceptable service from a massive brand. Avoid.
I have had a response from them after the review and have been asked to provide images 3rd time now. Twice through their app. The got a immediate follow up to say ignore that as they can see they have added credit which I clearly rejected. Clearly disregarded everything else I said.

Tastes fantastic and easy to drink.
Also use impact hydrate electrolytes.
Which i have used for two 50k ultras. And never had cramp issues since ive been using it.

Delivery was fast & excellent, processed my order very quickly and provided lots of updates, will all of my order complete delivered 3 days after I submitted the order.
The clear whey isolate in cranberry raspberry tastes a lot better than the last time I used it a few years ago and the metal shaker bottle was definately worth it! Highly recommend

Poor delivery service and no comms from my protein.
Ordered some protein, got an email saying it was delayed then heard nothing... Contacted customer service they said it will be delivered in two days.... Then heard nothing. Then contacted them again a week later and was told 'oh it's probably lost' they then offered to refund or resend a new order.
The issue with that is I've had to buy about £80 of protein to cover the time this order has taken to arrive. All I asked the management team was to send some additional protein as a token. Specifically said it didnt need to be alot of protein just a bit extra to cover the extra id had to buy.
I was told no and offered £5 credit at first, then £15 then £20. The cheapest whey isolate is £44 so I told them I am not prepared to spend anymore money on your website at this time. They didn't care. Used their website for over ten years. Had a few issues but this is the first time I've bothered to complain.

Very disappointed at the hideous price…
Very disappointed at the hideous price rise of the impact whey isolate, not only could I not get the 1kg bag and had to buy the large bag but the 1kg bag of other flavours had gone up £8 since the last purchase about a month ago and the bag has gone from 1kg to 900g so not only did I have to pay 3x the price for my large bag but instead of being 3kg it was less than 2.5kg, I think even though I have only ever brought my powder from you and use it every day I will be looking elsewhere in the future ☹️
