£141.59 for a 4.5kg bag (not even 5kg anymore) of impact whey isolate protein. Ridiculous. Feels like a smack in the mouth for loyal customers who have shopped with MyProtein for years. Just want to be able to get my supplements without getting sucker punched at the same time. Getting priced out of living a healthy lifestyle.

Do Not Buy: Con Artists
They are trying to hide their bad reviews. I recently bought their Snickers Isolate Protein and it tasted awful. I then had to go through a lengthy process to get my money back. Finally, they keep deleting any negative reviews that have been left.
Be very careful with dealing with them. If you buy and are not satisfied these con artists will try to use loopholes to not give you your money back, plus do not be conned by their 5 star reviews on their website. If you go to other impartial places others will tell you how they engage in dodgy practices. If anyone speaks up about their poor experiences or products they just block you.

Packaging has gone down hill
Vanilla flavour soy isolate is lovely but I’m really disappointed with the packaging. This is the second packet I’ve had that doesn’t close. The press close seal does not seal- is it a new supplier? It’s really annoying. Other than that I’m happy- delivery was next day but everything was covered in a black grit.

Appalling customer service
I ordered three items from MyProtein, one of which was a bag of whey isolate. Only two of the items arrived, although all three were marked as "dispatched". I opened a chat with MP to query this, and was told that this item was out of stock and would be back in stock in 10-15 days! They were happy to take my money, but apparently did not intend telling me that I couldn't have the goods for a fortnight. Appalling customer service. They then offered me a choice of waiting for the item to come back in stock, or choosing another product. I pointed out that there was a third option, and demanded a refund. Very unhappy with this experience. I have used MP regularly without a problem; this is the first time I have had to contact their customer service.

Impact whey isolate
I've been ordering from Myprotein for over two years and have always had a great experience. I regularly use the Impact Whey Isolate protein powder, Multivitamin Gummies, Collagen Gummies, and Fibre Gummies, and I'm very satisfied with all of them. The quality is consistently good, the products taste great, and they fit well into my daily routine. Ordering is easy, delivery is usually quick, and I've never had any issues. I would definitely recommend Myprotein to anyone looking for quality supplements at a reasonable price.

Fast delivery, good quality, good taste (unflavoured)
I spent some time to find a good quality products and stopped my choice on Myprotein. I ordered Whey protein isolate and Collagen protein. Both unflavoured, because flavoured have sweeteners and not natural tastes as per reviews. I had experience with flavoured other brands and couldn't eat them because of too sweet and not delicious. So my selection criteria are no sweaters, no flavour, no any additives, as cleaned as possible with a simple ingredients. I eat both whey protein isolate and collagen together with my breakfast. Better match with milk oats porridge, fresh banana and other berries. The first time I tried with cottage cheese and yoghurt, but felt some bitter taste, missed some sweets to beat the taste, but managed not to add anything, because the goal was still the same to avoid any types of sugar substitutes. Happy with my choices. Recommended.

“I purchased the Impact Whey Isolate…
“I purchased the Impact Whey Isolate Chocolate Smooth 1kg and the taste was so bad I could not drink it after 2 scoops. I reached out to Myprotein Australia multiple times and gave them every chance to fix this. Instead of helping a loyal customer they sent me automated-sounding responses, told me their product is fine, and then went completely silent. I paid nearly $100 for a bag I cannot use. They did not care. Avoid this brand. There are far better options out there that will actually stand behind their product. I am now pursuing this through Afterpay dispute and the ACCC.

I recently returned back to exercising…
I recently returned back to exercising after an year and was lacking energy. So I got the impact whey isolate and its working great, have more energy and focus. Also just received my first try are creatine, will update how it works for me. Got some tops as well and the quality and fit is great. I am medium built 6'1, and size L fits perfectly.

Fast delivery, even on a bank holiday weekend. Disappointed about shrink-flation but this seems to be across industry and increasingly common amongst all nutrition retailers. I still managed to bag an incredibly good, time-sensitive deal. The vanilla whey isolate itself is very clean-tasting, not over-sweet and actually more similarly resembles unflavoured whey with the reminiscent aroma of vanilla. Easy on digestion compared with a product with a higher inulin (listed as ‘flavouring system’ or lactose content).

Whilst this may not be the cheapest protein powder the whey isolate natural chocolate is always consistently good. The taste is great, no artificial flavour and mixes really well .

“Just started using MyProtein Whey Isolate. Mixes well with water, not too heavy on the stomach, and the flavour is smooth without being overly sweet. Good option if you’re trying to increase protein intake for gym and fat loss. I usually take one scoop after workout.

Order online same ingredients as current isolate whey protein but half the price. Arrived within a a couple of days made smoothies with almond milk frozen berries banana and nuts and cottage cheese. Mixed well and chocolate tasted well will continue to purchase
