Ordered 2.25Kg impact Whey protein
Ordered 2.25Kg impact Whey protein, but got a 1Kg bag of Creatine instead. Contacted customer service about this, they said I'd have to return the creatine for them to then send me the Whey protein which I originally ordered. The whole process was so frustrating, 2 weeks to get some Whey Protein delivered, no compensation offer for their screw up/ wasting my time, you'd expect this from such a big corporation in the supplements industry. Disappointed by the user experience with MyProtein

Myprotein products are good, as is the pricing and delivery. I order regularly - perhaps a confirmation that I'm happy with everything. This time, I ordered protein powder (whey and vegan super blend), protein cookies, creatine and supplements. And will without doubt will order again!

Myprotein is by far the best supplement…
Myprotein is by far the best supplement company on the market. Creatine and glutamine are excellent. Whey protein I’ve never had any issue with, mixes well, tastes brilliant and digests the same.
Great prices and service. Recommended all round.

Great products,prices good if you time order with secial offers,which curiously seem to be on most of the time,but maybe an age thing at 65,but website not the easiest to navigate,managed to order impact protein with collagen instead of regular impact,their seems to be an uncanny lag when ordering,oh well,happy days!

I purchased Impact Whey Protein…
I purchased Impact Whey Protein Milkshake in Chocolate fudge flavour, but unfortunately, the product I received was damaged. The zipper on the protein bag is not working, and I am unable to seal it properly.
I contacted customer service to report the issue, but my concern was not properly addressed. The representative told me that my complaint had been forwarded to the relevant team and that I would receive a response within 2–3 days. However, I have still not received any response or resolution.
I also informed the customer service representative that I would leave negative feedback due to the poor service I received. She responded, “Yes Sir, you can give it, no problem. I had already provided photographs of the damaged product, but despite this, no solution has been offered.
I am extremely disappointed because I have spent my money on a product that arrived damaged, and I have received neither a replacement nor a refund. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

Impact Whey Protein Milkshake…
I bought Impact Whey Protein Milkshake Vanilla Ice Cream and it tastes awful. The aftertaste is terrible too. I thought it is just me but my wife and my gym buddy both found it hard to drink. I have been using protein powders for a many years now and this one's the worst. It's got a very chemical flavour to it with a bitter aftertaste. Even when mixing it in milk, it tastes terrible.

Speedy delivery. Have tried a mixture of whey and clear whey and all have been great. I use mostly for weight loss and whey for baking and breakfasts. One of the best protein powders around and a great selection of flavours. Re purchase regularly

Iv not trained for the last 7 years…
Iv not trained for the last 7 years because of having new knees and hips
I use to use it 6 drinks a day
The flavour of which i always chose bannana use to taste lovly it now tastes im afraid to say false with a bitter after taste and watered down its that bad i cant drink it iv had to go back to tuna blended with diet coke
I was hoping to buy it regular as im competing in the nabba northwest bodybuilding championships and britain next year in the over 60s
Iv won the juniors when i was 20 and 21 back in 86 and 87
Class 1 in 99
And the overall in 2000 and the overall britain as well in 2000
The over 40s in 2013
Was out for the over 50s with hernia op new knees and a hip so i was relieing on it for my over 60s showing
I dont no if it was just a bad batch but i swore by it the last time i used it
Im not the type to complain and hope i can still use it

Used MP for a while now
Used MP for a while now. Cookies always hit best flavour rocky road. Impact protein always mixes well, tried all flavours tend to stick to the vanilla as always find the others taste artificial. Not a MP exclusive problem tend to find this with most brands especially the chocolate flavoured ones. Simplicity is sometimes best
