Out of Stock after payment taken!
Having used Myprotein for some years and been very pleased with the service I was very disappointed to have purchased my regular whey protein isolate to be told after payment was taken that it was out of stock. Although the return message stated in would be back in stock soon there is no indication when. Had I’d been notified whilst purchasing I would not have bought it and sort out another flavour.
Update:
Myprotein has now resolved this issue and the product will arrive on Monday being a week after order was placed. I thank them for their efforts to resolve, hence upgrade in star rating.

I switched to MyProtein Impact Whey to support my training and recovery. High protein, low sugar, and it fits well into my diet. I’ve noticed better recovery after workouts and it keeps me fuller for longer. Clear nutrition info on the label helps me track macros. Taste is surprisingly good for a whey isolate.

All great!!! apart from the layered bars!!
I have been ordering the whey isolate and the clear protein with a splash of berries for a while. Loving both products and delivery has been prompt… had a little issue with the isolate being out of stock but it soon came back in… the only annoyance is the layered protein bars…. I love them… but I think I must be sensitive to the sweetener in them because they make me severely bloated… I had to give the rest of the box away!!!! Such a shame as I would definitely have bought many more…..

On there website it says 0% Fat in there isolate but when delivered it was the other way around
No apology what so ever and just asked me to return the item

MyProtein Grass-Fed Whey Isolate is hands down one of the best whey isolates on the market. It’s incredibly clean, free from unnecessary additives, and naturally flavoured, which is exactly what you want in a high-quality supplement. It’s refreshing to see a product that genuinely prioritises clean nutrition without compromising on taste or quality.
Please don’t discontinue this product there’s a real need for supplements like this. Myprotein has done an excellent job here

They sent me the wrong product
They sent me the wrong product. It clearly says on their webpage that the vanilla honey isolate protein is sweetened with stevia but the one they sent me has Sucralose in it, which is known to cause cancer. And even though I made a complain to customer service they still haven't gotten back to me.

Still have issues with the isolate…
Still have issues with the isolate protien, it is affecting my guts as bad as whey, I also ordered 3 products paid postage and only received 2 products no correspondence regarding missed product, why we paying high deliver fees when you cant deliver on time I'm going to try a different supplier now as isolate should not be causing such issues with my digestive pay extra and it's not any better.

Just tastes awful
I have no issues with the service and process of ordering. My only issue is that the product is just awful. I have tried a few flavours of the whey isolate and clear protein and Im just not sure whether i will finish them, they just taste like chemicals and overtly sweet.I will be trying other companies but perhaps its just the nature of whey protein.

Impact Whey Isolate
The shake arrived quickly which I appreciated. The taste was ok but a little on the sweet side for my personal taste. To be fair I orderes the wrong flavour accidentallly. I meant to order vanilla but ordered the chocolate caramel whey isolate instead. I do love the high protein content, it has approx 8g more protein than my usual shake which is great as I sometimes struggle to hit my daily goal, so this does make it easier.I would defo buy again but Vanilla and unsweetened if available.

Decent enough product
Decent enough product. Took out a subscription of 1kg Whey protein isolate to save money, but then then the product was replaced by a smaller size packet which costs more.

Great product I buy on repeat. I don’t always find whey protein easy to digest and can taste artificial but vanilla whey isolate from you always blends well into yoghurt and tastes delicious. Great service

This would have been a five star
This would have been a five star. I can't fault their products and I have a subscription in place every two months. It's the only one I have used tgat doesn't give me stomach ache.
However, I am supposed to receive 1kg bags of whey isolate but this time I received 900g and no email to inform me of the change.

Whey Protein Isolate.
I'm an old man, I have serious health issues and I "need" to ensure my daily protein levels are kept up.
I was advised to add Whey Protein Isolate to my daily diet and having been a customer of MYPROTEIN for years, I didn't look anywhere else.
The Whey Protein Isolate is always good, prompt delivery (even upgraded to Next Daily delivery for free).
And above all, it's doing the job I need it to do.
