I’ve had a good overall experience with Myprotein. I bought their creatine and protein isolate powder, and both products have been solid in terms of quality and effectiveness. The protein isolate mixes well, tastes decent, and is easy to fit into my daily routine, especially around training. The creatine is straightforward and does exactly what you expect, with no issues.

Pricing is also a strong point — especially when there are discounts — making it a good option if you’re trying to stay consistent without overspending. Delivery was smooth and reliable, and there’s a wide range of products to choose from.

Overall, everything I ordered worked as expected, and I’d consider buying from Myprotein again.

ive been using myprotein since they wer called myvegan and theyve always been good. this time my dispatch was delayed but they communicated this clearly and i stil received my order in 4 days. ive recently started using the vanilla "vegan blend" product after using soy isolate for years and it tastes great

My order was shipped quickly with no problems, I ordered the grass fed whey isolate and creatine and I’ve been using it for about a week and so far I like the products and they seem really good quality

Love the product(Impact Whey Isolate-chocolate Brownie), and buying experience over the years including discounts offered.

Delivery as promised fast and efficient. Order is amazing would highly recommend there whey isolate powder.

Sent out quickly and the Unflavoured collagen is really great mixed into coffee, The Americano whey isolate is my favourite flavour a great coffee blend that has no artificial aftertaste

No fuss ordering, next day delivery and absolutely gorgeous protein powder. There are so many flavours to choose from - I ordered the Americano this time and mixed with cold milk, it's like drinking an iced coffee! I have IBS so I order the whey isolate and it doesn't trigger my symptoms at all.

Great communication from start to finish with the tracking ! It came extremely quickly ( ordered it Sunday & it was at my door early Tuesday )

Have recently just got back into the gym, and felt it was important to buy myself some protein powder to help top my macros up if I don't get them from my food.

I used to buy the banana flavour whey isolate, but I ordered chocolate mint this time to change things up & wow, it's so tasty. Even with water, it tastes great. It dissolves pretty much straight away. A few shakes and there's ZERO bits.

Also bought some creatine with it too.

5 stars across the board. The package even arrived a day early which was a nice suprise.

I had a subscription for a 1kg bag of Myprotien's Impact Whey Isolate and received an email to say that they are updating this to be a 900g bag "to make serving quantities clearer and easier to understand." Okay fine...

Getting less protein powder per bag is a bit annoying, but acceptable if the price reflects this. However instead of the 10% smaller product weight having a 10% price reduction, it's also actually going up by almost 15% on the original's 1kg price.

I was kindly given a £10 voucher marked as 'Myprotein shrinkflation' but what has happened is both shrinkflation and a price increase.

Ordered my whey isolate along with I’ve used Myprotein for a long time, but this experience was poor from start to finish.

I ordered 5kg of whey isolate along with creatine and a few other items. Everything arrived except the whey, despite it showing as “dispatched” on my order. Naturally, I expected it to come with the rest.

I contacted customer services and was told it was an oversight and would be sent out within 24-48 hours. I made it clear I needed it quickly as I use it daily and had ordered with enough time to avoid running out.

Six days passed. Nothing arrived. No update. No dispatch email.

I got back in touch, only to be told the flavour I’d ordered was actually out of stock and I was “welcome to swap to another flavour.” That response completely missed the point. If it was out of stock, why was I able to order it in the first place, and why was it marked as dispatched?

I asked for a proper explanation. No real answer followed.

By this stage, I had no choice but to buy protein elsewhere as I’d run out and couldn’t rely on them. Then, 48 hours later, I received an email saying the 5kg whey had now been dispatched. No acknowledgement of the delay, no real communication, just sent out anyway.

To top it off, it wasn’t even sent on an express service. 5 day delivery on something that was already late.

Poor stock control, poor communication, and a complete lack of urgency throughout.

What makes it worse is they used to be the go to because they were affordable and reliable. That edge has gone. Every time I buy the protein powder it gets more expensive. There are now cheaper options out there, and better ones too.

I won’t be ordering again. This is the last time for me.

I am disappointed with the flavor of the banana isolate. It had no discernible flavor apart from an unusual aftertaste. I have previously enjoyed the natural banana flavor, but as it was out of stock, I ordered 2.5kg of the banana isolate at a cost of £100. Unfortunately, I find this product undrinkable, which has led to my disappointment with this order.

The best isolate protein. Best price and top quality

I ordered Whey isolate Vanilla flavour. It tastes bitter and chemically. Has a very weird texture and does not properly dissolve in water.
I believe this is faulty batch or the product has gone bad.

Bought beef protein isolate, it doesn’t mix at all. Behaves exactly the same as bone broth powder which isn’t the same. Beef isolate should mix cleanly. This is a low quality product.

I was also sent the wrong flavour of whey and collagen. Firstly they told me that I was lying andthat I had ordered the peach flavour(clearly hoping I had deleted my proof) I provided screen shots and without addressing how they had just lied to me to try get out of it, offer a refund. I asked for it to be swapped they said all they can do is a return and refund for me to buy it again. They will not honour the price at which I bought it for me to replace it though.

When things are bought online it’s a contract for the product which was ordered to be delivered. They expect me to be out of pocket for their mistake

Terrible service to a regular customer.

Anyone with half a brain would look up how much I spend there a year and just send out the right products and take the little hit.

I had a message in the website from a customer service executive.

Giving me a refund, but I don’t know what it was for or the amount. There are two complaints in my review and both were clear in my exchanges with myprotein customer team. I made it clear to the team I want replacement of the whey and collagen not a refund. And under The Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have a right to have my wrong products replaced at no cost to myself without fuss. Trying to force a refund is breaking the law unless the product no longer is in production.

The two protein powders I got were unfortunately absolutely revolting. I've purchased from MyProtein before and the flavours have been quite nice but these were rancid.

I got the Impact Micellar Casein Powder in Vanilla and the Impact Whey Isolate Powder in Chocolate Brownie.

The latter I've purchased in the past and it was really nice but they must have changed the formula (or there was a labelling mishap) but it was disgusting. I tried it with water and again with milk to see if that helped, no bueno....

The Casein powder tasted perfectly fine, but the texture was such a shock. It was so thick. I can drink shakes like Huel that I would compare to drinking flavoured mud totally fine but this I just couldn't bear. It was totally and utterly gross.

I know protein powders can be hit or miss based on personal preference but I genuinely can't fathom how these two are viable products. Horrendous....

Update: Putting to 3 stars because someone actually got in touch with me to ask about my review and to find out more about my experience and to offer a full refund (not even store credit, just straight up refund!). Can't argue with that. The specific products I bought, still 1 star flavour, the customer service experience, defo 5 star!

⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. I placed the order after receiving confirmation that it would be delivered within 24 hours. However, I only received a partial delivery, and that too was a secondary item.

The main product I ordered — Impact Whey Isolate Powder (2.5 kg) — has still not been delivered, and it has now been over a week since I placed the order.

It is very frustrating that the company accepted the order with a 24-hour delivery promise when the product was clearly out of stock. Customers should not be allowed to place orders for items that are unavailable.

Customer support only offered a £5 credit for the inconvenience, which does not reflect the delay and poor service.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to misleading delivery promises, poor stock management, and inadequate resolution.

I ordered two peach tea clear isolate with collagen. Received two raspberry and lemon. Not my flavour. Plus, I am expected to sort this out myself. The support is useless. I have to pay postage to get the wrong order. Free to return but then again pay the postage to get correct order. Plus, this was the bag to be sent to India. Totally messed up my order and plan for my family.

The beef isolate protein simply does not mix! I've always used whey protein, but thought id give the beef version a try- what a disaster. Taste isn't great but drinkable. The texture though makes it horrible. Lumps of unmixed clumped up powder that stubbornly refuse to mix. I tried blending it, which is massively inconvenient, which did get the lumps out but made the shake very thick. Overall very disappointing. I'll stick to the whey isolate from now on.

Order was for two items only (creatine + Hokkaido Milk flavour protein). Royal Mail marked it delivered, but the box contained a completely different order with none of my items. Contents were:
• 2 × The EAA powder 346g
• 1 × 2.5kg Impact Whey Isolate (matcha)
• 1 × Impact EAA powder 500g
• 2 × Impact Creatine powder 250g

I reported this straight away to customer service and provided photos of the contents (and can provide the label too). Myprotein still haven’t contacted me to confirm where my order is, whether it will be resent, or when a refund would be processed.

Additional detail: the Royal Mail label shows 2040g, which can’t be correct given the contents include a 2.5kg tub.

At this point I’m looking for a straightforward resolution: resend the correct items with tracking or refund in full. If they require the incorrect items returned, it should be via free home collection as this situation wasn’t caused by me.
