Saved the Gym world!

As a gym goer for 8 years who’s struggled with consistency and lifestyle balance, your products have been a massive help to my journey. For those who can relate, sometimes this lifestyle can be a whirlwind and gym going can become ur second job lol. But when you have the right products it completely changes the game!

I purchase your flavoured clear whey protein which by the way best clear whey products i’ve ever tried. The flavours are unmatched. These aren’t your horrible protein-y flavoured drinks, they literally taste like cordial and on a hot summers day, the easiest way to hydrate & hit your protein goals. I find myself wanting to have more throughout the day which is crazy for my experience with other protein products that are usually way harder to digest.

A repeat purchase for me, a product that genuinely problem solves and tastes amazing so it’s a 11/10 from me!

p.s i’ve tried the vimto, watermelon, & rasberry lemonade flavour, all amazing with personal preference for the watermelon (super YUM).

I. Bought a six pack of clear whey orange and mango drink. It arrived at the stated time. The drink itself is very paletable though slightly sweet for my taste. Will probably buy again. A good way to add protein to my diet.

Very disappointing customer service.
I made what I believed was a one-time purchase, but I was charged repeatedly in May, June, and July for products I never intended to receive through a subscription.
The June order had to be returned unopened at my own expense, and although the refund was eventually processed, I had to spend a considerable amount of time chasing it. The July order was even worse, I was charged, received an email saying the delivery was delayed, and the parcel never arrived. Despite this, I still had to fight for a refund.
The biggest frustration has been the customer service. Every reply came from a different agent, forcing me to explain the same situation repeatedly. It was clear that previous emails in the thread were not being read. I had to resend documents and repeat information that had already been confirmed, making a simple refund process unnecessarily long and frustrating.
Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company resolves them. Unfortunately, in my experience, the handling of this issue was slow, disorganized, and caused a significant amount of unnecessary inconvenience.
I hope MyProtein improves both its subscription transparency and the way its customer support handles ongoing cases so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Ordered my protein whey clear and it tastes amazing. I need to increase my daily protein but didn’t want the heavy milk shakes. Was recommended the whey clear as there plenty different flavours and so far I love vimto, mango & orange, cranberry & rasperry and still to try the watermelon. This helps my muscles to build and recovery after a workout. This was my second order with great discount and free upgrade delivery to next day. Highly recommend Myprotein.

My Protein are my go to products!!!
I have been using the My protein clear whey protein and collagen for a while now. The orange mango, and vimto are delicious, and mix well with water, or in my smoothies. Delivery is very quick, and a bonus is you can use your blue light card for discount :)

I'm not a fan of milky protein powders they give me the ick.
The clear whey protein with collagen is perfect for me, and it tastes lovely. I have the Raspberry Lemonade flavour but keen to try the others.

I have clear whey protein on subscription. Easy to adjust deliveries - they always send an email prior. My only issue is the massive tub and than only half full! I want to have a refill bag without much air in it please!!!

I had been a customer since 2021 and returned in 2026 after getting back into my gym routine. Unfortunately, this experience significantly reduced my trust in the brand.

I received an incorrect order, including a product that was not listed on the website. Even the live chat agent could not clearly explain what the product was or why it was unavailable online. The chat was then closed without properly answering my questions or providing a clear resolution.

After escalating the case through customer support and Instagram, the communication improved slightly, but I was passed between five or six different agents who did not seem to have the full context. The issue eventually ended with a refund.

My concern was not simply about getting my money back. I wanted a clear explanation of the product I had received, especially as someone who needs to know exactly what I am consuming. I would not have requested a refund if the product details and next steps had been explained properly.

The only positive point was that their customer service was available over the weekend.

The flavours of the clear whey are so good! Our favourite is the orange mango it tastes a bit like a solero ice lolly.
Fast delivery and quality product.

Twice recently my orders have unexpectedly been upgraded to one day delivery which was a lovely surprise.

Everything always arrives well packaged and in perfect condition as I would expect. I think once you forget to include a free sample of your new milkshake protein shake but that's the only (tiny!) mistake you've ever made with my order.

I do think the products are quite expensive, but the clear whey powder mixed with water is the only way I'm able to even come close to hitting my daily protein goals, and they taste great so I'll keep buying them.

I have been using Myprotein clear whey with collagen for 3 months. Vimto and Cranberry with Raspberry. Love it. I have really felt a difference. I put in a new order for 2kg of Raspberry Lemonade as the others 2 were unavailable.
It tastes and smells like mildew. Nearly £70 and they told me it was supposed to smells and taste like that
Will never use again. Everyone I have recommended to this product has been informed.
Disgusting attitude

Two months ago i started treatment for ADHD which requires a high protein breakfast in order to get the best out of your medication and this was proving difficult with milkshakes or high protein food. I dont like eating in a morning and i dont like milk or milkshake so this affected me badly because i need this medication. Then a nursery nurse advised me of clear whey protein in raspberry lemonade flavour with water and it has changed my life!!!! I can look forward to that drink on the school run knowing i can take my medication and it is refreshing, especially with ice cubes. So thank you so much, this is an absolute game changer for me :)

Clear Protein Good taste. Decent price. Good bundle

As a pescatarian and post menopausal woman (55), I find the clear whey protein (Mojito is my fave!) maintains my protein levels to supplement my diet alongside keeping me hydrated. I'm not a gym-going person (sorry!), but I run regularly, practice yoga and walk my dog daily. I love the products, even though they are on the expensive side. However, I have tried cheaper products and they just don't cut it.

I recently ordered the Clear Whey + Collagen in Orange Mango. Honestly, it tastes awful and leaves a really bad aftertaste that just sticks around, I can’t drink it.

I reached out to their customer service, provided all the batch/expiry details they asked for, and was basically told it "meets their standards" and they wouldn't do anything to help. I even asked if they could just swap it for a different flavour, but they refused. Really disappointed in the lack of support and will be looking elsewhere for my protein from now on.

Great delivery, wide selection of products and the clear whey is fabulous. Just missing the grape flavour clear whey. Let me know when back in stock. It’s my favourite.

Loved the iced coffee but disappointed with the lack of clear info on the clear powder. Im a strict Indian and didn't realise as at the point it wasn't clear that bovine collagen was in it. And for religious reason we can eat cow based meats or extracts.
