Huge price hike in recent months
I regularly purchase Impact Whey Isolate. The price has more than doubled (£140 vs £66 for 2.7kg). I have therefore gone for Essential Whey Protein, which is at a similar price to what I used to pay for the isolate. In the same flavour (chocolate smooth) and it tastes horrible.

I find it downright unethical how you…
I find it downright unethical how you have drastically increased the price of 1kg bags of Natural Chocolate Impact Whey Protein Powder, simply because it's one of the most popular flavors. Going from roughly £69 to roughly £97 in the span of a month reflects so poorly on the ethics of your business. You u have a great product. It's a shame your brand ethics aren't of the same caliber. What worse, in the coming months, you'll probably increase the price of said product even more.

There prices are off the scale expensive and they are now all so reducing the weight so you are being ripped off even more. £90 for whey protein 2.25kg. That’s a joke.

Prompt delivery. First time I ordered, I got same day delivery. I’ve ordered the protein pancakes which keeps me full for hours. The other product I ordered was the Bounty whey drink. OMG it’s amazing. Just waiting for my 3rd order from Myprotein.

I love the products that I ordered, the clear whey protein, Clear Whey protein + collagen and Creatine all Vimto flavoured, they are delicious and very helpful in hitting my protein goal and increasing my performance in the gym, Delivery was very quick too

As a man over 40
As a man over 40, I have had seen noticeable gains in size and strength utilising impact whey isolate and very convenient impact creatine tablets supporting my gym work. My only issue is with some of the ordering, i was unaware that i had subscribed to get protein each month until it arrived and money was taken the following month. I then tried to cancel the order a few days before it would process again but it went through again. I know protein is protein but would have been nice to change flavour. This wont stop me using my protein for all my supplement needs.

Everything I’ve ordered from my protein…
Everything I’ve ordered from my protein has been top quality and I’ve had quite a lot. From creatine, clear whey protein, snickers, white chocolate snickers and bounty protein powder, electrolytes (Hyrox orange being my favourite and the powdered peanut butter has been awesome for my fitness goals and I will continue to order would definitely recommend to friends and family

Premium price, mediocre experience
Bought a shaker and a whey protein pack. Shaker turned up missing the metal shaker ball, so basically just received a plastic bottle. The whey protein is good, but after purchasing I did find it much much cheaper at my local Asda, so bit disappointed in the pricing, even if the quality itself is good.
Overall, not the worst experience, but for the price and having a received an incomplete item, I feel the price is premium without giving premium service. Will go elsewhere next time.

I ordered whey protein impact and was charged 56 pounds when a friend payed only a third of the price for the same product same flavour, I contacted the company and was told nothing could be done clearly some customers are subsiding others it’s a complete rip off NOT happy and will purchase elsewhere in future

Excellent delivery, always fast service. I ordered a larger bag of tha Vanilla Whey Isolate this time because the flavour's unreal, and I add it in my protein pancake mix, it makes all the difference, believe me. Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, worse packaging. None of the ziplock actually works (Whey Protein, Creatine, Oats). It advertise 'New Customer Free Shaker', I did not receive a free shaker. Customer service was arrogant and degrading, saying: "The best I can offer is £2 credit. As a goodwill."

First time buyer - Great customer service
Order was despatched really quickly and they very kindly upgraded the order to next day delivery which was a great bonus. I was kept up to date about my order, so first rate customer service. Currently making my way through a sampler pack of impact whey protein and if that's a success I will definitely order again.
