Wrongly Advertised Item and Return Process Atrocious
I purchased Whey Protein Isolate from this company but when I received the product it was Non-Animal Whey. These two products have a completely different ingredient list and macros information the only thing that was accurate was the flavor. As soon as I received this wrongly advertised product I initiated a return request. This has now been going on for over two months and it has been the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experience of my life. I have dealt with a different person every message I sent (there is a message service that you need to go through), I have had to answer the same questions repeatedly and I still haven't been fully compensated for my return. Every message I received back did not consider all the information provided and agreed upon terms from the previous messages. It was agreed to compensate me for my shipping back to my original form of payment, but now that they have their product back they are trying to give me in store credit only and on top of that they are ignoring the tax I paid on the product and return shipping so I am still out money for a product that was wrongly advertised in the first place. I have been strictly getting my supplements from this company for a long time and have been recommending them to everyone I know but after this I will be shopping around and letting everyone know to steer clear. This company needs to rethink their customer service strategy and maybe just start with reading the previous messages in the thread or have one customer service representative per case.

Whey protein isolate
I ordered the Whey protein isolate with collagen. My delivery was very fast but the wrong flavour arrived. I did try it and it was very tasty so i decided to keep it. Other than the wrong flavour, everything else is great, taste and texture is actually very pleasant and mixes easily. Will order again.

I used to be a big fan of myprotein…
I used to be a big fan of myprotein around 5/6 years ago when they were one of the most affordable and high quality protein suppliers. I believe the quality is still great but the prices of their products are significantly higher than their competitors these days and they are no longer the best value option. Other companies sell whey isolate for around $70AUD/kg while myprotein sell for $119/kg. Any edge they have in quality is sevrely outweighed by the hefty price. This is now a premium/luxury product instead of an affordable protein option.

Way, (WHEY) too expensive!
I used to buy whey protein isolate for many years, it was £80 for 5kg, now its over £250! Who in their right mind is willing to pay that? I understand things go up in price but this is outrageous 👎

I bought wrong flavour 2x2.5 kg impact whey isolate protein for over £130 by mistake then try cancel it after dev minutes. They said it’s too late for cancel it has to be delivered and then I can return it . They provided me code to scan in post office. They’ve sent meconfirmation that it was delivered eages ago and now they saying it hasn’t arrived yet . Now I claimed on PayPal for my money . Please don’t trust them
Update - it’s gone few weeks and they still haven’t refund it . When I contacted them some of the staff saying it’s been delivered and fed weeks after that another asking for proof of postage which post office doesn’t providing.

Extremely disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with MyProtein. I’ve been using Impact Whey Isolate for years, but my latest 5 kg Salted Caramel batch smells and tastes chemical and produces excessive foam that does not go away. It feels completely different from what I normally receive and is impossible to drink. Customer service response was even worse. Instead of taking the complaint seriously or offering a solution, they insisted everything is “expected” and refused any refund or replacement.
Loyal customers deserve better than copy paste quality claims and zero accountability. I’m left with 5 kg of product I can’t use and a brand I no longer trust. Definitely switching to XXL nutrition or body&fit.
PS: they will respond to trustpilot reviews and ask you some questions, but after that they won't reply or give a solution. It's just for them to look good on trustpilot.

So far I highly recommend the products, always a discount code to use or a special offer. Loving the variety, currently have the whey isolate unflavoured powder, the clear flavoured protein sachets, the syrup and the flavoured drops. All excellent quality so far, fast reliable delivery too 😊

Disappointing experience with two orders
I placed two separate orders with MyProtein and had issues with both:
1. My first order of whey protein isolate arrived with slashes in the bag, meaning the product was contaminated and unusable. I did receive a refund for that order.
2. My second order is poor quality — it tastes and smells awful. When I raised this with customer service they said the product is “as expected,” which I find hard to believe. I’ve never had this issue with other brands like Bulk or The Protein Works.
Overall, very disappointed with the quality and the response from customer service. Guess I’ll be going back to bulk and/or protein works.

I recently ordered the Impact Whey…
I recently ordered the Impact Whey Isolate (1kg) from MyProtein and, as always, the delivery was fast and arrived on time. I’ve been a fan of the brand for a long time because the quality of their products is excellent, the flavours are great, and the protein itself is very useful for my routine.
However, I was quite surprised this time. In my previous order I bought the same protein but in the 500g size, and when my 1kg bag arrived, it looked almost exactly the same in shape and size as the smaller one. Also, when placing the new order, I noticed that the 500g option no longer appeared, only 1kg or larger sizes were available. This made me wonder if the quantities or packaging have changed in a way that increases the price.
Even though comparing the two bags was a bit disappointing and felt slightly misleading at first, I still really like MyProtein overall because of the product quality, flavours, delivery times, and general reliability. I’ll most likely continue buying from them, but I hope there can be more clarity regarding sizes and packaging.

Marvel peanut butter one is absolutely horrendous.
