Common sales are always a nice touch, wide variety if protein flavours.
I do wish the isolate whey was the same protein level across the board, however its not the end of the world.
Supplement and vitamins are good too.

Stopped doing my preferred flavour 'whey isolate' and nobody could answer why, had to compromise with lower quality impact whey. Poor really!

Hi i usually but isolate protien of your brand everytime it was fine but this time the big bag i bought 2.5 kg the zip lock is not working and its hard for me to carry it without lock before i want to make a complaint but i didnt. Plz if u can sort that out will be better.
Otherwise its fine and 1 more thing when i bought the pack in description it was written 26 gm protien per scoop but on back its 24 gm per scoop can some one explain that as well. Plz.

Easy to use website, kept in the loop from order to delivery, which was quick and painless, only every really bought protein isolate and clear which are both tasty in any flavour, mix well with no grit. 👍🏼

This used to be my go-to protein
This used to be my go-to protein. Always good quality, always bought the whey isolate. Looking back at my order history, I paid $64 for 5.5 lbs, then $86 for the same size. Now I check again and it’s $130 for 5.5 lbs? That’s wild.
At this rate, I’m sure next time it’ll be $200 — really looking forward to that. Unfortunately, I’m out.

Poor customer service
I’ve been a customer of this company for over five years and have normally had great experiences. Recently, I placed an order for Impact Whey Isolate (as per usual) he received non-animal way. I did not order this nor do I enjoy the taste whatsoever. I have been reaching out for almost one month now and constantly. I’m told that they are looking into it and investigating. I don’t understand. This isn’t how you resolve customer issues.

The unflavoured whey isolate tastes powdery. Strange because I usually get natural vanilla and that doesn't taste powdery at all. It's cool, I don't mind it too much, I can use it, it's just not my fave.

What happened! …
I ordered the big bag of Strawberry Cream isolate protein. I have used this product for over a year and it taste amazing, but the batch was horrendous could not finish it. Hoping it’s just a bad batch. I would like my order to be resent but from a different batch.

Excellent discounts, for my self the hydro and isolate whey are brilliant when discounted. Hydro not a great taste, the isolates flavours aren’t too bad.

Delivery was quick but there should be a warning on the Whey Isolate strawberry (fermented) because it tastes awful. Hubby spent £55 on a protein powder he won't now use! He wanted the normal strawberry but that wasn't an option in the 2.5kg size. Shame because he really rates My Protein products and service.

Excellent product
Excellent product. The whey isolate in Natural chocolate is great. Lovely chocolate flavour which is not too sweet and has no artificial aftertaste. Mixes easily.
