Great product and very prompt delivery
My husband likes the whey protein powder which he uses as his medication requires high protein meal when taking the tablet.

Reason for the 3 stars is their products are just ok but far from being good as other competitors as they keep their price low in comparison to other brands is just because that’s the value for the quality of the products they produce and second thing is they use the cheapest delivery system Evri and 7/10 times whey they deliver something that box is crushed.

Great experience
Great experience.
Bought some protein to use to make ice cream with in my ninja creami.
I ended up buying the whey milkshake flavours and they turned out amazing. The cookie crumble so fave is my fave
Will be experimenting with more flavours.
I have used other brands and I can say my proteins has turned out the best so far.
Also the delivery has been super quick every time.

I ordered the wrong whey protein…
I ordered the wrong whey protein powder. Ordered it with collagen in . Vanilla . I was thinking there couldn't be must difference . How wrong was I. It's horrible and what makes it worse I brought the bigger bag costing £70. So gutted I really wanted to like it. It's like it's been watered down and a funny taste. The original is amazing but this one is not nice at all.

A new customer who has enjoyed the whey protein products from myprotein and was keen to try the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour. However I am now disappointed with the service as I am having to wait much longer to receive it. Customer service say it was not in stock at the time of purchasing - so why list it on your website as in stock?

No more upsets.
Your protein whey does not upset my stomach like other brands and they actually taste great. Plus the delivery service is brilliant.

Huge price hike, very disappointed
I've been a customer for years buying 5kg of unflavoured impact whey protein. The price has been between £70-90. I've just tried to reorder but the price is now above £150. Very disappointed and will have to look elsewhere.

Accurate products and a great deal.
Accurate products arrived. Offered a great deal. Delivered within the expected time.
The unflavoured whey protein tastes good. The unflavoured creatine monohydrate has almost no taste. I liked the protein shake bottle.
I might review my feedback after a couple of months based on the results, as this is my first time trying this brand.

I have been using the Whey Protein clear for a few months now and really pleased with it. Which is why I decided to go straight to their site. The website is easy to use and informative. I will be ordering regulary so paid the one off payment for next day delivery on my future orders, which I found good value. Sure enough, my order arrived next day and well packaged.

Didn't like any part of the experience, neither the taste nor the customer service
May be they are good for others but for me I found their whey protein way too sweet. Customer service wasn't good either. Taking over 15 min to reply to each message in the chat. No solution no resolution and even the chat response was very very slow took nearly an hour for them to say sorry can't help you.

Never not had issues
I ordered a few time and had minor problems but this time was some whey protein. Payed for next day delivery, goods were not even dispached next day. Then when they where, they delayed my order because of damages. I contacted them to see if I could cancel my order. And I recieved a reply very blatantly from an ai whithin 10 seconds saying I cannot cancel my order after dispatch and that I would have to recieve my order and return it to; which would be fine if it hasnt been 5 days since and I have still not recieved my order. I am a uni student so money is tight, so now not only so I payed extra for next day delivery; I am out all the money and I still dont have the product.
Never had an experience like this from any proteinworks, bulk or even huel.

I really like peanut butter, so I decided to order the Peanut Butter flavoured whey protein. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed. To be honest, this is the worst whey protein flavour I have ever tried. The taste is very unpleasant and doesn’t taste like peanut butter at all. I’m not sure what the flavour is supposed to be.
I was really looking forward to trying it, but I can’t enjoy drinking it. If possible, I would appreciate a refund. I’m happy to return the product if needed.

I've been a customer for over 5 years, mainly purchasing Impact Whey and creatine monohydrate. Although I can vouch for Myprotein's quality and their speedy delivery, I can no longer justify the price of their products. A 2.5kg bag of Impact, even during their payday sale and with the discount code, is currently £85 - or £97 full price! Back in January 2026 the same bag cost me £44 with a discount code. This is not due to the global price of whey, it's greed and marketing. Have gone with a rival brand this time, where you can get a comparable 2.5kg blend of protein and nutrients for £55.

Taste is very bitter and smells like burnt. Weird powder like awful taste. I would never recommend to someone. Such a waste of money. Disappointment

Vanilla every time!
I have researched loads and have also been recommended MyProtein for myself and my Mature Teenage Son.
We have not be disappointed.
We both love the Impact Whey Protein Powder in Vanilla Flavour for our daily protein smoothies or shakes and I add Impact Creatine too.
I have opted for the reduced delivery deal and always opt for ECO delivery too - every little bit for nature helps!

Very Impressed - Will Try More…
Ordering from the website was straightforward and my order arrived very promptly - it was upgraded from standard to next day for free.
I ordered a tub of the iced latte coffee protein because I thought it would be and easy way of adding protein to my diet. I'm of an age where I need to top-up my protein intake.
Making up the drink using the shaker is quick and easy. I tried it with water - lovely. I tried it with milk - a bit sweet for my taste. I tried it half:half - nice.
My only criticism is that it (like so many products) could do with the sweetener being left out. If people want it, they can eaily add it themselves, but those that don't cannot take it out
A tub may look expensive (at full price), but the cost per serving is half what you would pay in a coffee shop.
