I have researched loads and have also been recommended MyProtein for myself and my Mature Teenage Son.
We have not be disappointed.

We both love the Impact Whey Protein Powder in Vanilla Flavour for our daily protein smoothies or shakes and I add Impact Creatine too.

I have opted for the reduced delivery deal and always opt for ECO delivery too - every little bit for nature helps!

So far, so good…

Ordering from the website was straightforward and my order arrived very promptly - it was upgraded from standard to next day for free.

I ordered a tub of the iced latte coffee protein because I thought it would be and easy way of adding protein to my diet. I'm of an age where I need to top-up my protein intake.

Making up the drink using the shaker is quick and easy. I tried it with water - lovely. I tried it with milk - a bit sweet for my taste. I tried it half:half - nice.

My only criticism is that it (like so many products) could do with the sweetener being left out. If people want it, they can eaily add it themselves, but those that don't cannot take it out

A tub may look expensive (at full price), but the cost per serving is half what you would pay in a coffee shop.

I received my order quickly and was pleasantly surprised with the product. First thing I did was checkout the scoop size and how accurately it measured the powder and it was precise... 1 level scoop 23g, outstanding. Might not seem like much to expect but in my experience the recommended scoops from other companies have not been accurate. So straight out the start, excellent scoop. The protein mix I chose is velvety soft powder, in perfect condition. No clumps or lumps. I chose unflavoured to suppliment foods to increase my protein intake daily to add to food and shakes. This is indeed unflavoured and did not change the taste of the original dish or drink, although I did ease off on the honey I add to somethings, as the whey protein is naturally, ever so slightly sweetening. Needless to say I will be ordering more when I finish this and having a look at their other product. Quality is outstanding.

Very palatable

So i placed an order the wrong whey protein flavour turn up so I had to return it for them to send me a new one understandable. So I get my new one and guess what it the wrong flavour again so now they want me to send it back again so I have spent £10 on parking and then my petrol money just to return a item because they are incapable off sending the right item

The snickers powders smelt like burnt, taste wasn't great either. I wouldn't recommend this product. I bought Snickers original and white chocolate whey.

Quick delivery, always have an offer on so helpful when on a budget. Protein and clear whey shakes are tasty on keep me on track 💪🏻

Great whey protein

As usual delivered on time, I must say though I was disappointed to see the price of your Impact Whey Protein going up quite a bit as well as dropping the weight from 1kg to 900gms.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I ordered a large package of whey protein from Myprotein. When it arrived, the package was damaged, and inside the parcel I found several small, black, sticky pellets that closely resembled rodent droppings. I cannot confirm exactly what the substance was, but the condition of a consumable product arriving like this was absolutely disgusting and raised serious hygiene concerns.

I immediately contacted Myprotein customer service to report the issue. I received no proper response, so I had no choice but to purchase replacement protein from a local brand.

I then contacted Myprotein again and clearly stated that I wanted a refund and did not need a replacement. My message was ignored. Instead, they simply sent another package without confirming this with me and without addressing my explicit refund request.

The original product arrived in an unacceptable condition, customer service failed to respond properly, and my requested resolution was completely disregarded. Sending an unwanted replacement does not excuse ignoring a customer’s messages or refusing to address a serious product-safety concern.

I am still waiting for Myprotein to take responsibility and provide the refund I requested. Based on this experience, I have completely lost trust in the company and will not order from Myprotein again.

Potential customers should be aware that if something goes wrong with an order, they may face extremely poor communication and little control over how the complaint is handled.

I have been a customer for many years. I used to pay only £25 for my protein whey isolate every month. I usually order the 33 servings, 1KG. It’s now gone up to £50+ more than half the price, I am shocked! They have also shrunk the product, so now you get 30 servings only, 900G. Even the payday sale is a scam. They increase their prices! Now I am on the hunt to buy my protein from somewhere else.

Everytime I seem to order the 2.61kg of the Impact Whey Protein Powder in Chocolate Banana, I blend it up, let it sit and over a short time turns into this really thick, custard-type foam drink. It's totally not useable. I've complained about this numerous times in the past, it always seems to be the 2.61kg, there's never any issues with the other sizes available and it's extremely frustrating. If I complain online, they ask for photos, batch codes, expiry dates, etc - but clearly it makes no difference. Considering the cost of their products, I would expect consistency across everything. I'm now at the point of looking for an alternative with a difference company, as yet again it's another 2.61kg of protein powder which is totally unusable and certainly not drinkable.

I like the swift delivery but I dislike the packaging for the 1kg clear whey protein and collagen. It’s difficult to get the product out without getting it all over your hands, resulting in wastage

Fast delivery, quick and easy ordering.
My only issue was the price of the deit whey protein seems to increased in price, but it is quality protein.

This is the second time now I’ve ordered the Pre Workout and it arrive rock solid. The first one I let slide but it’s becoming very frequent and possibly need to look how it’s being stored. I also don’t like that the 1kg Whey Isolate bags have now been reduced to 900g

The cookies and cream impact diet whey protein powder tastes lovely. I used a ninja smoothie maker (small) to mix up the shake rather than manual shaker as it gives a lighter mix. Very happy with my purchase

With so many choices on your website, and product name evolution, I found it hard to find exactly what I wanted.

That said, once I found the items the next day delivery was indeed next day despite a very late order. Clear whey protein flavour is great (orange and mango) and successfully used unflavoured isolate to boost protein content in a curry.

I'm a first time buyer from the My Protein and will be back.

Excellent taste! I was skeptical as I’ve had clear whey before and it was awful. But have ordered the raspberry lemonade and a sample of the watermelon and the peach and all taste juts like squash! You wouldn’t even know you’re having a protein shake. Fast shipping too!!

So… ordering from my protein is always easy, they upgraded my shipping for free,
My gripe is the prices, so my protein was always the brand for people needing supplements on a budget… my last order of 2.5kg powder, with a new shaker, a half gallon water bottle and 2 items of clothing only cost £10 more than my recent order of 1kg powder and a shaker bottle.. I get inflation but whey is a by product of cheese production, it’s the least valuable part, my proteins prices are now on pay with brands like optimum nutrition and their equivalent product has higher protein per serving, lower fat per serving and less sugar per serving… the budget friendly “old reliable” brand have now priced themselves equal to market leaders so I think I’ll most likely be switching brands… I’m paying the same so might as well get a cleaner and higher protein per serving! Also this price comparison is after I had applied the 15% discount
