I thought this was great value for money. I bought a kilo of unflavoured soy protein so I can use in savoury and sweet dishes. Delivery was much quicker than expected. The reason I did not choose 5 s... See more

This really is excellent Whey Protein Isolate Powder. It mixes well using a shaker bottle and I can honestly say the Chocolate Mint flavour is indulgent leaving a nice after taste, especially when mixed with unsweetened Almond milk. This is a great product for helping towards getting your daily Protein intake in at any time. Would definitely recommend.

I am quite upset to see that the Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate (From Fermentation) (Milk) (89%) (contains Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin)), Sunflower Oil Creamer (Sunflower Oil, Modified Tapioca Starch, Natural Flavouring), Flavouring, Natural Flavouring, Beetroot Concentrate, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose).
Sunflower oil causes inflammation. milk contains sugar already, let alone Modified Tapioca Starch, Natural Flavouring, Flavouring and more Natural Flavouring then along with Sweetener (Sucralose). just adds to make the product very unhealthy. this brand name then makes it feel very misleading. My (personal) Protein (muscle repair). It makes it feel as if it has health benefits. It would be better if they could use natural ingredients, id rather that and pay a higher price then lab created products. Everything to is very sweet.

I use MyProtein for their whey isolate powder, BCAA supplements, creatine and multivitamin gummies. I’m happy with the results from taking these.

I've been using my protein products for many years now
The vegan whey isolate is a fantastic reasonably priced protein that mixes well with water or milk and supplies me with the protein content I need for pre workouts and post workouts 💪

Bought the whey isolate on recommendation . Too soon to say.

I ordered Impact Whey Protein by mistake, and 30 minutes after placing my order, I contacted customer service to change it to Impact Whey Isolate before it was shipped. They told me it wasn’t possible because the order had already been processed. I didn’t like that, because now I’ve received something I don’t want, and I’m really disappointed

I ordered 5 kg of isolate whey protein from Myprotein on 20 October 2025, but the parcel never arrived. Despite multiple promises of a replacement and reassurances from customer service, nothing was ever dispatched, and I still haven’t received a refund. The repeated delays and broken promises show a serious lack of reliability and accountability.

I’ve been buying from MyProtein for over 4-5 years. I originally had a code via a work perk package that meant I got about 30% off every purchase. That meant for a while, it was quite steady.
Overall, MyProtein has a great protein product. Their ingredient profile is solid and their weight to protein ratio is great. I don’t know about the rest of their growing list of products as they don’t really interest me.
However, that perk didn’t last forever, and I eventually had to keep up with their “sales”. Problem is, as a consistent gym goer, I found this to be problematic. MyProteins prices varied too wildly for me that it became quite annoying to budget for something I was purchasing on a monthly basis. Sometimes I’d wait for a “sale” but I’d run out. Meaning I’d have to purchase some other brand in the interim. This back and forth just became tiresome.
Moreso, MyProtein’s base pricing is on the high side. It’s over $100 for a single 1kg bag of Protein Isolate for example. You can easily get comparable quality protein for $30-$40 less that isn’t rocked by inconsistent pricing thinly disguised as flash sales.
So I’ve very recently stopped ordering my monthly protein from MyProtein. I’ve found a great quality brand that’s been tested by a third party for quality and isn’t using this annoying dynamic pricing model. I find it predatory and a disingenuous way to do business and having a more consistent way to budget it really great in a time where money feels a touch tighter than usual.

Whey isolate is on point and the Chocolate smooth tastes great! Vanilla is a but clumpy but nothing I can't handle.

This was my first time buying from Myprotein, and I went with the Impact Whey Isolate in Natural Chocolate. Honestly, I’m really impressed so far.
The flavor is clean and not overly sweet — exactly what I was hoping for. It mixes smoothly with both water and milk, no clumps, no weird aftertaste. Just solid, easy-to-drink protein.
Shipping was fast, everything arrived in good condition, and the price was very reasonable for an isolate. I also liked that they had natural flavor options — not every brand offers that.
Overall, a great first impression. If this is the standard, I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Possibly the best protein isolate I've ever tried. Clean no fillers and quick delivery. Highly recommended 10/10

Buying from MyProtein is generally a good experience. Competitive prices (when a sale is on), good quality products, speedy delivery, and decent consistency throughout.
Whether products 'work' for you is more about customer expectations and knowledge rather than a reflection specifically on MyProtein (Supplements generally don't make noticeable differences to our lives so customers shouldn't expect that).
Two things MyProtein could improve on in my view are:
1) Making 'taste samples' more available across their range. I tend to buy only one flavour of protein powder because i don't want to spend and waste money on flavours i dont like but can only buy in minimum 500g portions. For Example, You can buy samples for regular whey powder but not for whey isolate flavours which differ in the range of flavours available. I find it amazing that for all the 'free gifts' they give out they don't give out taste samples more frequently because then people would be more likely to buy more variety which means less wastage for them.
2) Rather than offering more and more different flavours, perhaps offering sweetness variations of the same flavour would appeal to a broader audience- for example 100%, 50%, 25% sweetness. I've had to resort to cutting my flavours with 50% unflavoured whey because the flavours by themselves are so sweet they are undrinkable

Complete shambles of Customer Service - ordered 4 bags of Beef Isolate which turned out to be the crappiest protein powder I have ever encountered in my life - it just coagulates and does not mix well or dissovlve. I had opened 2 bags already, so contacted customer service to see if they can exchange the 2 unopened bags for whey isolate or provide a refund and they just stonewalled me....!
And these scammers have also rigged their online return website with intentional bugs so you can't use the online return process as it keeps showing errors when I enter my details
My suggestion if you still insist on ordering from them - order smallest possible quantity and try it out first...most likely you will realise how bad the product is and save the rest of the money !!!

Straight forward website, comparable pricings with a fast delivery service.
Not tried all the products yet as am trying new pancake flavours and protein isolate (unflavoured) as couldn't get on with the other protein whey (unflavoured) as it wouldn't blend easily when making it as drinks!

The taste is lovely and not chalky at all. I get the Real Strawberry Whey Isolate.

The website is packed with all different types of protein powders. For a complete novice it was quite daunting.
Eventually decided on the Whey protein isolate, to top up my protein intake.
Easy to subscribe and arrived promptly..
Tasted good .

Order was delivered quickly with good communication and was the usual high quality.
Purchased natural vanilla whey isolate, it tastes great and mixes really well. Also purchased extra lean protein cookies (cranberry & white chocolate) and whilst they taste ok they are definitely not a Millie’s :)

Just bought 2 Impact whey isolate powders 480g Natural Chocolate.
Both expire at the end of November 2025.
Is that good customer service?
Disappointed. Will look elsewhere from now onwards.
