I recently had a very disappointing experience with NCF Living.
We purchased furniture for our whole house from NCF Living. The sales team were helpful at the beginning, and because of that we decided to buy everything from them, even though the waiting time was quite long.
Unfortunately, due to an access issue, we had to reject the single bed frames we ordered. The problems started from there. I explained that I was happy to reselect and purchase other items instead, but I was told there would be a £200 admin fee to amend the order, plus a £99 redelivery charge.
I requested if they could reduce or waive at least part of the admin fee, but they refused. The replacement items we selected were also £32.07 cheaper than the original rejected items. However, I was told this £32.07 would not be refunded and could not be used towards the admin or delivery fee. They said I would either have to spend it on another item now, or NCF would retain the amount.
I was also told that if I cancelled the rejected items instead, they would charge a 50% cancellation fee. Their explanation was that these charges are included in the terms and conditions, but nobody clearly explained these charges to us at the time of purchase. Maybe that is my mistake for not reading every detail, but I did not expect so many extra charges and such little flexibility after making such a large purchase.
Overall, this has been a very upsetting and disappointing experience. This will be my first and last purchase from NCF Living.
My advice to anyone considering buying from NCF Living is to be extremely careful. Make sure you fully understand all charges, cancellation fees, amendment fees, delivery fees, and access-related terms before placing an order. Once you have paid, do not expect much support or flexibility if anything goes wrong.
Visited the Paisley store to buy a sofa and a mattress.
Chelsea approached straight away and was very friendly and helpful.
She helped me work out the best configuration of sofa for the space I had and was very knowledgeable on the sizing and options.
Buying the mattress Chelsea was again very helpful showing me some of the best options for my price range but also gave me time and space to make my decision. Delighted with my purchases and the service I received.

Leanne welcomed us as we entered the store and provided us with information to help us. We left the store and returned a while later and were greeted by Leanne who remembered us. Leanne was very helpful and personable while we were choosing our beds. People buy people and I would definitely buy from Leanne again.

Bought fabulous corner dinning unit when opened one corner of it was damaged badly disappointed, it took me 6 weeks to open delivery as we moved into a new property so unhappy really with damage and customer service when I rang
