Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. David was really lovely and with any questions we had. Happy with the dining table and chairs we chose . Was great to have the option of choosing different chairs. Would definitely shop here again.
Awaiting for our delivery now.

Diabolical, horrendous, con artist

Still waiting for reply for my money I am owed ( although you are conning me out of the rest ) If anyone is reading this before purchasing from this horrendous, diabolical company please don't. Think twice , if you want to be conned out of money and have terrible customer service after your purchase go ahead . You will not receive aftercare in store though because apparently they don't own a phone .I purchased from the Gateshead store in cash but FURDECO (their delivery company) are a sham much like themselves,
Lazy delivery drivers , please also see different forums for them. Good reviews are given to NCL BEFORE delivery. Please be careful and use a reputable company these are a con

Great options

Great options of sofas, beds and dining furniture. We very quickly decided on a new sofa for our new home after searching in other furniture shops prior. John was very helpful and friendly to deal with.

We came in to buy a sofa and we were warmly greeted by Anisha who was very kind in helping us. She was very helpful and assisted us straight away with what we were looking for, we purchased the sofa we always dreamed of. Anisha was so helpful with informing us of everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions.
