We went to the Preston store, looking for a 2 seater and armchair recliner. Becky one of the stores staff was very helpful. And left use to look around and any questions we had, becky was very helpful explaining everything about the 2 seater and armchair we were looking at.We brought the 2 seater and armchair. Was told it will be end of August about six weeks for delivery. Was told delivery cost is £99. That's the most i have ever paid for delivery of anything. Ncf need to look at that we are also looking for a bed just wouldn't paid £99 for another delivery. Overall the store as lots of furniture to look at and at a good price. Very clean in store. It was great to be left to look around then a member of staff was always around if i had any questions to ask. I would recommend the preston store down to the customer service which was excellent.

Great customer service from Chris at the merry hill store, very knowledgeable about the products, service with a smile and patience no pushy sales tactics which is always a win when in stores like this. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Had fantastic flawless experience with a young lad that goes by the name of calum. He wad very helpful during the whole process and had very good knowledge, and no problem was to small.

i originally left a 5 star review due to the amazing man we dealt with when buying our sofa, the store compeltly lies about delievery dates so please do not trust this! it feels like they only told us these dates to tell us what we wanted to hear and since then there’s nothing nobody can do. Really sad as it’s a lovely store but no one can help us now we’ve already spent the money. sofa was meant to be delivered between 7-9 weeks and by the looks of it it will be between 9-11 weeks and no one wants to know us. really sad
