Don’t do it!

We ordered a dining table in store and the guy was very helpful and friendly. I have actually written another review at time of purchase about our experience in store. However, trying to get the item is another story! The delivery was 3 weeks later than the estimate and I get things come up but communication from the company was terrible! I had to phone up every day for 2 weeks to get updates and a delivery date. The lady said she was going to phone me back on a Friday and then never, so I phoned at 4pm and they were closed….. phoned back on Monday and she forgot to phone me but still didn’t have an update. We never received any emails about our purchase and like I said no updates. Gave 2 stars as we did eventually receive our dining table and it was the correct one.

Naz was such a patient caring

Naz was such a patient caring, lovely energy person. She acted very professionally and took time to explain ever thing to us. NCF was by far the cheapest sofa company in foster square bradford. Thank you Naz it was a pleasure meeting you and doing business with you.
