Neil@Uddingston was fantastic. We left with exactly what we were looking for. Our new dining chairs are extremely comfortable and we love them. He made us feel very welcome too. Highly recommend.

Darius at Perry barr is really helpful and suggested a lot of features for the sofa we bought. It really helped us to find the right sofa of our choice after lot of research. Highly recommended.

We popped into take a quick look as we were planning a new sofa at Xmas, it was the opening day for the store we had`nt heard of before. We were met and welcomed by Liam,he did not hassle us as we walked around ( which we hate) he was very helpful ,knowledgeable and polite.So much so we bought a new 3x2 sofa set.The manager Shaun ( i think) was also around and was chatty.
Waiting for delivery date now but so far very happy.

Tristan @ Manchester provided the best level of service possible as I was searching for a dining table and he helped to me choose one that suited the kitchen. I highly recommend him to anyone who is on the lookout for home furniture, he’s your man!

I ordered a mattress over two weeks ago, and the estimated delivery time was 7–10 days. Despite calling three times, I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back, but no one ever has.

I’m still waiting for my mattress, with no update on when it will arrive. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Very poor service, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

When we entered the shop we were greeted with a warm welcome, polite, approachable friendly mannerism. He gave us the time to browse, whilst letting us know help was available.
Matt answered all our questions and reassured us our sofa would last a good few years. We love our new sofa, thank you, we would 100% recommend.

We visited the Perry Barr store with my wife to look for a bed. Donald provided excellent service to us, with politeness, details and patience. He tried to understand our needs and respond to our requests as best as possible. We left with a good idea of what suits us but wanted to look for other offers from competitors too.After visiting 3 other competitors we valued Donald's approach which was unlike what we saw in other stores hence we visited Perry Barr again the next day to put the order in. The product was not massively different than - at least one of - the competitors, but Donald the sales person made the difference. You must be proud of his service!
