Avoid this company
Brought a sofa and armchair in charcoal received a email that showed this colour , received no contact from them after 7 days I called them 10 times a day for another 8 days with no one answering the phone line would just ring off . After about 14 days I received a email from the carrier company to advise it would be delivered I looked on the paperwork and it said it was being delivered in stone colour, I continued to call them and they actually answered after me calling about 40 times. I asked them to provide proof that I had ordered stone and they couldn’t and then forced me to accept the colour as no other colour was available, I asked them to resolve or offer compensation and they just laughed it off denying they had made a mistake
They pride themselves on customer service what a joke that is, made a complaint to them and they ignored all my points and just sent a 3 line standard response probably by chat gpt

Beds ordered on the basis it was immediate delivery ( 10 days was acceptable) . One month later they finally were delivered, after 2 visits to the shop and emails to customer service, who didn’t reply. The delivery company were fine, but after they left I realized one of the bed drawers was broken and one of the bed bases was a bit squashed . I haven’t gone back to ncf about this as from my experience they couldn’t care less and it’s too stressful dealing with them.
Good luck to anyone else who decides to purchase from them !
