In the case of your order there was a missed collection by DHL from our warehouse last Friday due to a traffic accident in the area, which had a knock on effect on the overall delivery timeline. Apologies that you were affected by this, and sorry that you weren't contacted about the delay. We aim to get orders delivered within 2 working days, but ask that you allow up to 4 working days to accommodate for any disruptions like these.

The beer is lovely and is very reasonably priced. I like the fact that it comes in 500ml bottles (so almost a pint) and deliveries are prompt. On the odd occasion where the order has been a bottle short, customer services have dealt with it really quickly and without any hassle or complain. All in all, my experience has been excellent and I have been recommending Nirvana and their products to all of my friends.
