I emailed them to say about a faulty blind it took a week for a reply and they asked for a video which I sent straight away this was about six weeks ago and I am still waiting for a reply

Beware. Although they say Free Delivery, but you'll need to pay an additional £90.00 for "Customs" to the shipping company (customs clearance) avoid using them because cost of shipping will work same price as buying in UK.

I had a wonderful experience with the No Fly Store and absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my sliding door screens. The service throughout the process was incredible. Emma in their sales department was very patient as I made sure all the measurements were correct and that the product was exactly what I wanted and needed. I am in love with the end result and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a solution to keep bugs out of their house.

The receiver bar arrived bent, company blamed it on the courier.

Absolute rubbish. Communication is abysmal. Avoid at all costs.

Bought screens, wrong size, requested new ones, TNT failed to collect one day, they then managed to collect screen 1 week later, 3x days after the new screens and old.screens are delivered back. None fit. The new screens are half the size of the original. Find another company is my advice.

Outstanding, followed the direction to measure up, and it worked a treat. I am from Australia, and no problems with import taxes, and the delivery took around 2-3 weeks.

I followed the instructions, and i reckon that I installed it within about 30mins if that.... such a good design, and so easy to install.

I have just recently received my hinged fly screen door. For an area important to a house the kitchen, as I like my back door open when cooking.
Considering this product is made in Italy, and is better than shown in the picture. I was very pleased with the quality of my door. The quality of service, and the delivery, it arrived when they said it would. One if you order in the UK. Make sure to read your quote regarding import duty or taxes. For me this service and quality was a 10 out of 10

We ordered the screen for our stack window and we had no hassle. I found the customer service great very helpful. The screen took awhile to arrive but it was good enough quality. Quality was not bad at all we haven't had full use of it as it's winter currently in Sydney. Hopefully, it will okay. The fly sceens sold here in Australia did not fit our needs this was the only one that did and price was competitive. The installation was okay. Hubby managed it well and did not find it complicated. All in all we are satisfied and product meets purpose.

Like everyone else I have also been hit with an import tax for this product. Feel like I have been duped as it does not make you aware of this prior to placing the order. Only in the very small print does this exist mainly after ordering. Made an adequate blind very expensive will most definitely not order from this company again or recommend them. Customer Service is poor as well.

Purchased a 'Pet proof no-fly screen'. The product was of good quality and easy to fit. However, should you wish to purchase from this company please be aware of their Terms and Conditions. Albeit they advertise delivery as free it does not include delivery and import duties from Italy. Therefore a £350 + screen has resulted in an additional bill from Fed-ex for £140. The terms and conditions do advise of your being responsible for import costs but I believe this should be highlighted front-and-centre during the purchasing process (not just in the T&C) to ensure people are making informed decisions. As I note there is nothing wrong with the product but please factor in an additional 40% cost to anything you buy from this company.

Even though they advertise themselves as UK based I have had an import charge of £61.77 on a single door screen ( width 80-90cm) I was not expecting this amount, and has made the cost of the screen very much higher than advertised.

Unlike many reviewers here I read disclaimers on the website and knew that I was ordering from the EU. And that brexit costs us a lot of money.
The company is registered with HM Revenue & Customs for our convenience. So for purchases below £135, it takes the UK’s prevailing VAT rate at the point of sale and provides all paperwork necessary to TNT (FedEx).
After that, it is the UK couriers job to pass it through. In my case, they didn't do it right and I had to raise the matter with FedEx. It was sorted out, the charge was reversed.
If your purchase amount is more than £135 the company is not allowed to take the tax (so you pay initially less). And you have to pay the tax and a service fee to FedEx. It is not a delivery charge. It is a brexit charge, it is customs.
The quality of the screen is absolutely excellent and the price even with the UK additional new fees and taxes remains very competitive. It is a seriously good screen. Measure carefully to fit your space precisely.

We ordered blinds and as advertised was no charge for delivery. A week after receiving the item, a bill from fedex for import charges!! read the small print or avoid this company. heartily disappointed and wont use again.

Free shipping they advertise is a lie. They advertise themselves as a UK based company (operating from co.uk domain & do not specify the origin of shipment of goods. They also lie about they ship within UK with their "warehouses abroad". Avoid at all costs if you do not want to get an invoice from Fedex for 50% of the actual poor quality fly screen

Beware UK customers. Although not apparent on the website the company is Italian and goods shipped to UK addresses incur large additional charges from FedEx for duty. I had an invoice from Noflystore for £205 for an excellent product and have received an additional FedEx invoice for £90. Great product and great delivery but the cost is not as it appears
