Norstat Review

I've been using Norstatpanel for two years now, and I've had barely any problems. Obviously, the daily surveys don't pay much (around 10 cents per minute), but sometimes you get invited to larger projects where you can earn much more. You can't exchange your coins for money, only for coupons, but that has worked great for me.

Did not pay

I created an account , made history and earned coins but all of sudden , they blocked my account. When I asked from them why then they replied "you did not meet the quality" , it was surprising answer as if I was not meeting the quality so how they blocked me after years , not in the beginning , afterwards , they stoppled replying.

So for me , they have some hidden intentions behind , can not say exatly but might be stealing individual information , sending malware etc or something else.

They should be honest with thier users. If they will keep doing this, dont think so , people will spent their time and at the end, they will have nothing by having thier account blocked without any valid reason.

Total scam! Don't waste your time

Total scam the giftcard doesn't download! I've wasted so many hours answering surveys and gained enough coins to convert to a £15 giftcard...but unfortunately when it came to downloading it the site just freezes! I contacted surport and they asked for a screenshot which I sent to them and now I'm just being ignored.

perfect

I really like them, the customer services replies super quick which is perfect. You can actually earn real money with it because you can transfer the coins into giftcards.

Account frozen

Signed up via an Instagram ad, seemed like an interesting concept and was eager to get started, created an account and went to bed, woke up to my account being frozen and when I contacted support they simply said frozen due to irregularities in data, no further explanation or clarity. Don't waste your time with this service.

They don't pay out on paid research

Enjoyed doing the surveys, managing to get 10€ gift card to use in their store. However, I did a paid survey, which was a week long, so it took up quite a bit of my time, and then never got paid for it after sending them numerous emails. Their last response was that there was a delay in payments, which was 8 weeks after I'd finished the research.

Scam

Scam. Account frozen without any reason. When you try to *remember your password* nothing happens, so account was just deleted. Do not use!

They froze my account with no warning…

They froze my account with no warning over apparently a survey discrepancy which i have no idea about when i emailed to appeal this all i got was the info about the discrepancy and nothing else about what was going to happen with my account which is really annoying as i have coins in there that i was just about to transfer to my back. Makes me think this app is a SCAM. DO. NOT. USE. they just want to use you without giving anything at all

I was a loyal user and now suddenly i received message that my account is frozen and no help from customer services.Its been really annoying as i have around£45 coins in my acvount to redeem.Now i want to know what irregularities are shown in my account??Kindly activate my account so i can redeem my coins which i earned with struggle and effort...please be nice with your customers

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. Nicotine products got sent out for a two week survey. I filled out the diary entrances everyday for the first week then the survey wouldn’t load. I contacted the company numerous times explaining that I couldn’t complete the second week of the survey and got no response.
It was supposed to be a payed trial for 2 weeks to recieve £60. I invested time trying their products and reviewing them for a week for nothing.

They don't pay for diary/live studies😒

After i completed a diary study of 20 pounds, they didn't pay me. It's been over 2months now. I also completed an 80 Euro live study, still no payment. They take forever to reply to their emails and when they do, they will just keep you hanging. Tried to login into my account just now and it's saying "Account Frozen".What a waste of time and energy. Please send my dairy vouchers to my email, you've held that money long over due.

This company is stuping to a new level…

This company is stuping to a new level when allegedly reaching out to me after my last poor review and offering to help only to be unreachable and not responding to my emails and still having not sent the vouchers they promised after my doing nearly 2 years of surveys for them........a complete scam and waste of time.

Muddled and chaotic back office. Avoid this Company

Everything works fine until you try to redeem your points voucher. They send you through a minefield of different hoops just to get to the right landing page. Then they check your email as a security check, and after this you need a security check to check your security check. When you get past that nonsense, you have to go through some more hoops and security checks. Finally, you get to click on a link that lets you view the voucher, (mine was for Sainsburys), and this sends you to yet another link. When I landed on this page, a message appeared that confirmed that no such voucher existed on their database. There is a link for customer service which requires...of course... a security check. In the end I cancelled the account, as I think I will die before I am paid out this pittance.

I don't understand anything

I don't understand anything. I've been trying to redeem 100 Norstat Coins for 10 days and it's impossible. When I make the purchase, I always get two messages: the first time it says it's awaiting review and to wait 48 hours, and the second time it says it's pending review. I can't get out of this loop. I've contacted them through the website help and the support email, and in 10 days they haven't given me any response. I don't understand. These are the messages:

Your transaction is temporarily on hold for a standard quality review. We regularly review survey responses to ensure fairness and accuracy. This process usually takes up to 48 hours, after which you can redeem your coins as usual. Thank you for your patience!

Your purchase is pending approval. You will receive an email once it has been approved.

Account deactivated without notification or justification.

After many years and VIP level my account was deactivated without notice. No replies to emails asking for reason. I am also owed £25 from them for completing the Bavora drinks diary for which they would have been paid.

Appalling company Avoid

Appalling company. Freeze your account regularly, do not advise, then up to you to unfreeze. Closed my account without informing me after many years satisfactory input. Why? My brain works too quickly, I fill in surveys faster than others. They have stolen my earnings. Avoid this company at all costs ....Robbers.

As this seems to be the only way to get…

As this seems to be the only way to get any communication back from Norstat- over 2 weeks ago I completed a week long drink diary for the company Bevora who were paying £25 for this. I was told I would receive the incentive a couple of days after completion. I have not received this and Norstat have not responded to any further messages from me requesting this. I have had to contact Bevora and explain that Norstat are not paying me the incentive and ignoring my requests. Norstat as I'm sure you'll read this, kindly pay me for what I have done as I'm sure your client has already paid you, or I will have to go back to the MRS and complain yet again. It's a little embarrassing for you that I have to go to your client like this because you are seemingly incapable of upholding your end of the deal and compensating your panelists promptly, and I have made sure to let them know you have form for this and they should consider carefully who they use to conduct their research in future.

totally Scam!

totally Scam!! I had collected €30 in my account on Norstatpanel. As soon as I tried to redeem the first part of it through gift cards, my account was immediately frozen. Since then, I have not been able to access my account or withdraw anything.

I have contacted the support team several times, but I have not received any response for more than a month. If this is not a scam, then what is it?
