Paid £5 for next day delivery still not received my parcel

Having done my research, I found this a really easy ordering process, prompt delivery, happy with my product as I compared it to others and found the ingredients and price to be very good and hopefully it will address my issues.

Unfortunately the package containing 3 tubs of Collagen arrived damaged. I contacted Customer Services and provided photos and they replied promptly. Because of their customer service I’m giving 5 stars. I have been taking various different collagen powders for over 7 years now. I’ll be trialling this one now and combining it with bovine collagen. I’ll update my review in a few months
