I’ll be honest, I’m probably the least technical person in our office, so I might not explain this the way the rest of the team would. But since I’m the one writing this, I’ll do my best to translate what everyone’s been saying about NxtGen Security.

Our team is actually pretty technical, especially when it comes to systems and IT, so they had a lot of input during the process. NxtGen came in to handle our access control systems and also worked on our cybersecurity setup. From what I’ve been hearing internally, everything they implemented is solid, well-structured, and done the right way.

From my perspective, I just notice that everything works better. Access points are smoother, no more random issues with entry, and everything feels more controlled and consistent. The team mentioned that the systems are now more integrated and easier to manage on their end, which was a big deal for them.

On the cybersecurity side, I can’t pretend I fully understand it—but the people here who do have been very happy. I’ve heard comments about better visibility, stronger protections, and overall cleaner setup. Which, for me, translates to: things are running how they should, and there’s a lot more confidence in the system.

What stood out to me personally is that even though I’m not technical, NxtGen didn’t make it feel overwhelming. They handled everything, explained things in a way I could at least follow, and clearly knew what they were doing.

So while I might not be the one to break down all the technical details, I can say this: our technical team is impressed, and from the overall office perspective, everything feels more secure, more reliable, and just better run since working with this company.

Not usually someone who leaves reviews, but figured this one was worth mentioning. Our office has seen plenty of security companies come and go over the years and nextgen has honestly been one of the more put-together ones. The people they send are normal, easy to talk to, and actually seem like they care about doing the job right.

It’s one of those companies where you can tell there’s some real thought behind how they run things instead of just filling a shift and calling it security. Just wanted to share the observation and give them credit for that. Props to the opps!

Nxtgen security stood out immediately because of their management. They were involved, responsive, and clearly running things with intention. That alone puts them ahead of most security companies around.

My opinion; What really separates them is how interactive they are. This is the most engaged and communicative organization we have worked with to date. Nothing felt distant or disconnected, they were always checking in with their officers and us on a daily basis, and were always on it- in terms of everyone from their end hitting all points.. super noticeable.

Anyone who has dealt with security companies knows how unpredictable the quality can be. Nextgen is far from that, trust me!

NxtGen Security has become a really positive part of the business I work at. Over time, you genuinely become friends with the officers. They blend in incredibly well with the staff and it feels like they're a part of the community - not just outside security. They know the routines, the people, and the environment, which makes everything feel smooth and safe. Overall, they've built real relationships while still prioritizing safety. That balance makes a big difference day to day.

A lot of care goes into how this company operates. From what I’ve noticed, site check ins are a big part of what they do, with supervisors consistently making sure employees are performing at their best and clients are well taken care of. They communicate often and stay actively involved. This company is absolutely worth it, definitely a higher end security company, and it shows. The employees are excellent and always on top of their duties and responsibilities.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but NxtGen really came through. The process wasn’t drawn out or complicated. They just got things going fast, but at a very professional level with everything which we appreciated. The guards they sent over were on point, detail oriented, and didn’t need hand holding. Compared to others we’ve dealt with, it’s been a noticeable upgrade... Killing the game!
