DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

If I could give this a 0 star I would, my grandma bought a sofa in May in which was delivered wrong and only half was left after waiting 9 weeks. Then had another date of today for the other part to be told one days notice it won't be coming and won't be delivered until January. When going into the store they refused to help as said its customer service. Having a showroom with staff that cannot help and no manger in store. When asking for a refund she got told they need to collect the half sofa before they can refund her leaving her to have to sit on a floor at 75 years old as she will need this money to use to buy a new sofa.

Never experience customer care and service this bad my whole life!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

Jamie at Cribbs was excellent very pleased with delivery service gave 4 stars instead of 5 as received 8 bolts for chairs and no washers at all in one pack. We had go buy pack washers otherwise table and chairs solid and beautifully made
