Very quick and efficient

Everything was carried out with great knowledge and telling me what was going to happen and carried on in the rain

Easy application for home survey online for EV home charger .
Always updated via email of the process and the company who called me a few days later for installation date that was the next 2 days now job completed.
Very professional company and good tidy work and knew what the were doing and installed within an hr and overall very satisfied with the procedure.

Really happy with the whole experience. Arranging the installation was simple and I got my time slot the day before, which was really handy.

The good, turned up early, very friendly and followed requests in terms of cabling and positioning of the charger.

The bad, blinked and he had gone, no discussion following test, except,have you downloaded the app which I had. I cleared up all the debri ! and when I finally got round to look at the charger an Ohme epod I noticed the front didn’t fit flush on one side, removed the silicone plug to find a plastic screw had broken and the front would not fit, now i have the risk of water ingress. After several attempts at online chat! I eventually found a telephone number and got through to a human (Tom) who was very good and asked for photos to get it referred. Given this is an electric charger I find it very worrying that an installer can ignore that the plastic screw had broken, not able to tighten although another issue may have caused this, there was an obvious issue and he just left.

I do hope this is resolved quickly as it’s started to rain !!

Completed neatly and very efficiently. I was impressed with the installer’s work and completed ahead of time. All work was done outside - I wish I’d known that beforehand as I cleared inside area in anticipation.

My Ohme EV charger suffered from successive power interruptions. I messaged the Ohme Customer Care Help Centre and received a prompt response from Dilan, who suggested options to restore usage. These worked and he followed up with an enquiry to ensure all was back on line. Many thanks Ohme and Dilan.

First class service from the installation engineer. No mess, no fuss and all work explained to us before going ahead. On completion, a quick run through of how to operate the charger along with some pointers of how to get the best out of our equipment. Well done Ohme
