Excellent customer service, speedy response and delivery of my order made all the difference in the world. As a small business, OMTech really came through for me and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

The K40 was packed so you could drop it off the Empire State Building and it still work. All the documents were great and explained how to hook up everything. All is working great

We ordered replacement tube various times and everything single time it arrives broken. When you call to ask to use a different form of shipment or if they are send the package overnight because of our urgency they say no. It is worst company and product!!!

OmTech is great, website is so user friendly, I have an OmTech 50w Fiber laser and absolutely love it. These are going to be my go to from now on, just starting my business and I plan on buying either a 80w or 100w Co2 laser next. Keep up the awesome work guys!!!

I got my K40 laser engraver delivered and it it was easy to get started. I ended up having to realign the gantry because it was off square with the rails by 3/8 of an inch across the 14 inches. After that I realigned the laser and been making signs and tags every since. Seems to be a great quality machine. Definitely value for the price!

The laser and equipment provided has function well and as described. One package went missing in transit. That was resolved quickly and without stress witha replacement

I bought an OMTech CO2 laser machine, and it’s nothing but a pile of poorly built, unreliable garbage. The machine’s mechanical structure is constantly falling apart, with parts breaking or malfunctioning after just a few uses. The whole product feels cheaply made – it’s clear that OMTech is just reselling low-quality Chinese machines under a fake “American” brand name.

Their customer service is just as bad as their product. Whoever pick up the phone call cant even speak proper English, I tried reaching out after multiple breakdowns, but they were slow to respond and offered no real solutions. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers once they’ve made the sale.

If you’re considering buying from OMTech, save yourself the hassle – you’re better off getting a more reputable brand. These machines are just eBay-junk that’ll leave you frustrated and out of pocket.

I purchased a new laser and water chiller about 3 months ago. Their customer support can be lacking but they are somewhat responsive. My water chiller died nearly a week ago and I've been attempting to get some information on what I can troubleshoot, if anything. In multiple emails they don't actually tell me anything to check with the exception of checking the coils for a leak.

They proceed to tell me I can take it to an HVAC company, get them to fix and refill the unit and they will reimburse me. This unit is less than 3 months old mind you. If I were to do that, my local HVAC company is booking 2-3 weeks out. That means I'm out of a working machine for close to a month. I've asked about the warranty and refund policy on the last few emails and they do not bother to respond to those questions. I'm well aware of their warranty, I just want it refunded at this point so I can purchase a unit that is quality.

After speaking to a few people, they've had similar stories and I'm not convinced I will be getting that refund.

Unfortunately I'm forced to put them on blast until they honor their warranty.

I order 4 patterns from OMTech. I received 1 out of my 4 patterns. When I notified them of this, I was immediately sent the other patterns. They then followed up to make sure that I was satisified with the patterns. There tech support is great. I will definitely tell my friends about them.

I absolutely love my polar. It works great, cuts through wood and acrylic like butter. Great value for the price.

He was very helpful. I'm not the smartest guy but he got me where I needed to be with my laser alignment and explained it in a way to where I'm confident in being able to do it on my own now. 5 Stars and multiple high fives to my guy.

I've had my 80 watt machine for over a year & a half now & I absolutely love it. It worked out of the crate and was easy to set up. It is set up in my basement. I've had no issues with the machine so I can't speak to how their tech support is. (If I ever had to use their tech support and it was satisfactory, I'd give them a 5-star rating) I've added a few upgrades such as: new exhaust, camera, new air assist, & interior lights. Everything is working great. I believe in this machine so much that I've become a demo room host for OMTech machines so that I can share my experiences and pleasure that I have had with the machine with potential laser purchasers. This has been a very worthwhile investment. I highly recommend this company for anyone thinking of purchasing a laser machine.
