No delivery, no replies, chargeback requested

Website showed glasses were available, was charged immediately, initials emails were answered with a non-comital delivery date, ultimately after 3 weeks Mauro stopped answering emails requesting to confirm the delivery date. Final straw had to request a charge back via the credit card to get my money back. Maybe good in store experience, frankly borderline fraudulent as an online store. Avoid, unless you like chasing your money and wasting your time.

Highly recommended!
The shop managed to acquire the almost sold out Ray Ban model I sought for and ship them to me within my time limit for delivery. Bravo!
Communication with Support is very responsive and polite.
Again, highly recommended!

I was so happy that I finally found the frame I wanted from your online site. I searched my other places and I cannot find. The shop is very responsive and patient to my queries, though I have sent a few queries.

Great and professional customer service and store!

Very good customer service via WhatsApp where I immediately got replies and information about my purchase. Very well packaged and arrived with all items whereas store bought. Highly recommend this store!

Terrible service

Asked in advance wether it is in stock and they replied within minutes stating they would send it in 5 days.
10 days later they are not reacting to my emails and I have no idea when it will arrive.
I have cancelled the order and waiting how smooth this will go.
