I was scheduled to view several properties with various Estate agents.

From the start, I was impressed by the first class service I received from Oulsnam; in comparison to the other Agencies.

My viewing was arranged by Phoebe, who was delightful, and resulted with me putting in an offer.

There was a delay with the Solicitors and I had a deadline. Tim (the Manager) went out of his way to resolve issues. Without his assistance, knowledge and advice I would not of completed on time.

Thanks to Phoebe & Tim, I managed to move in within my deadline.

I personally recommend Oulsnam and I would definitely use them again.

We needed an estate agent to help us sell our house, and Oulsnam's sold it. They did what they said they would do, but they were always approachable, friendly and efficient. We valued their advice at every stage.

I think “average” is about right. Extreme examples of being wildly loose with the truth from the moment we made an offer through to completion, ignoring calls & emails for two weeks at a time, not moving things through quick enough (it felt like the sales progressor only worked one day a week), and a complete lack of communication (even when picking up the keys) made for a very lacklustre experience with Oulsnam. Yes, we got the house but the stress of losing our chain due to Oulsnam’s nonsense regarding emails/calls meant we ended up dealing with the seller directly; we did more directly in a week than Oulsnam managed to do in almost two months…! If it wasn’t for the seller’s initiative in searching for me on Facebook, the chain would have collapsed and it felt like Oulsnam would have let it.

We were buyers. We got great advice on the local housing market from Tim at the Stirchley branch. He understood our needs and didn't waste our time with inappropriate properties. Once our purchase was going through the communications were good. Recommended.

After first house sale fell through I want to Tim and his team at Stirchley. Not only did they market the property to bring in a lot of viewers, they gave me good and sound and expert advice about the offers I had received. Always friendly, Always professional. Always supportive.

Really rate Tim Robinson of the Stirchley agent; showed great interest right from the beginning, took the trouble to research the whole sale, history & persons involved. finally gave his opinion on the way to proceed, brilliant, a great success. we realized a better price in our sale than even I expected, even Tim. From our first meeting to the conclusion of the sale in 15 weeks, really please, a big BIG thank you.

The management staff we dealt with were exceptionally rude, called to complain we weren’t doing enough and moan extensively about our solicitors. Pretty sure they didn’t even let the sellers know when we asked for a reduction based on the valuation as they called back within 30 seconds, when previously it had taken them half a day to submit our original offer! One manager told us the rest of the chain had proposed a particular date for completion so we arranged removals etc for this day, only to discover they had entirely made this date up and no one was ready
