I had an excellent experience tonight…
I had an excellent experience tonight with an Outbyte Computing Tech. Updating and installing drivers was not working and instead I allowed him to navigate in my system. He's was knowledgeable, professional and successful in resolving my issue in addition to resolving some other issues. Most iimportant was that he was patient with me and now I can move forward and complete an important project thanks to his efficiency.

Finally fixed! I was emotional 🥹
Where do I begin? I've had issues with my computer that were so bad that I was frustrated and tense every time I was on it. I'd get that infamous BSOD (blue screen of death). My computer would CRASH at odd times, during odd activites like browsing the internet; sometimes it's crash when NOTHING was happening on my computer ie my computer would just restart when not even being used! Did I say I was frustrated?!?
At first I wondered what software might be causing the issues. I deleted some I thought might be the culprit but the issue persisted. I tried even reinstalling Windows (so giving myself a fresh install) but the issues persisted. I search online for solutions and what was recurring was that outdated plugins might be the culprit.
I tried updating one or two that I saw written on my screen during restarts (the urls were an indication). Even with that the issue persisted!
I don't know how I stumbled upon Outbyte but I took one glance at their Trustpilot reviews and decided "Okay, I'm going to give this a shot".
I wasn't prepared for how EASY it was to setup. Smooth interface - I was impressed. I was very impressed with how it started running right away to see the outdated plugins. --> it found 147 plugins OUTDATED - some outdated as long as 3 years!
I was FLOORED! I mean, I had another utility from the manufacturer that told me my computer was up to date with plugins. Plus, I regularly updated Windows. So you can imagine how surprised I was to see this.
I started the updates through Outbyte and then held my breath... I needed to test my computer to see if this worked.
It's been a few days and NOT ONE CRASH! My computer used to crash at the oddest of times, unpredictably and it would restart (on its' own) SEVERAL times A DAY! Now - not one restart since I updated ALL 147 plugins!
I was so overwhelmed with joy, I was emotional. THANK YOU Outbyte! Thank you for making such an accessilble and easy-to-use tool!
I am sold and ready to share with anyone that THIS is the tool to use! Let me know if you ever need a spokesperson... I'm more than happy to!
