The product form Pen's is much higher quality than the order I had received from a previous company. I additionally like that they have assigned a rep to assist me with all future orders for my company.

The product is design was not quality workmanship. I was disappointed in the design. In spots the design has started to peel off before the product could be delivered to my client.
