had a very disappointing experience with Perdormire. I ordered a bedsheet that was supposed to fit my mattress (200x180x32 cm), but what I received was clearly the wrong size (180x200x27 cm). As a result, the sheet doesn’t properly cover the mattress—it barely reaches halfway and keeps slipping off, making it completely unusable. This is a basic sizing issue that should never happen, especially from a company that claims to specialize in bedding. It feels like there was no proper quality control before shipping the product.
I expected a properly fitting sheet, but instead I received something that doesn’t match the advertised dimensions. Very frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them unless they improve their accuracy and quality checks.

I bought two beds with matterossi together. and I talked with the staff for the exact delivery time and they make it. very good experience.

Great selection and fantastic prices for a high quality mattress.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to get us our beds in two days and it made our move to Italy very easy. I want to thank her for being so professional and helpful. We love our beds they are very comfortable!!

Sales person knew her job and within 2 hours that passed like a dream all that she offered was added on the purchase contract.

The experience is good. however the mattress I received is different from the one displayed in the store. the one I received is extremely hard. and I am currently trying to exchange it

Perdormire were excellent, they kept in touch every step of the way right up to 30 minutes before they delivered my bed. On ordering my bed I was told me that I would get two free cushions, however they never arrived which was disappointing.

Fraudulent company with terrible customer service. Experience in shop with shop assistants was good, everything else a true nightmare.

Bought a mattress, they shipped via BRT and the mattress doesn't come.

BRT tells you every single day that the delivery is coming that day, it then doesn't arrive and they say they ran out of time. If you call their customer support they tell you it is arriving today, then if you call after 2pm they tell you it is arriving tomorrow. It doesn't arrive.

When you have an issue with your shipper, and your client has paid for a product, and paid for delivery. Then it is your job to make sure they receive the product. Instead contacting Perdormire customer support just tells you they'll raise the issue with BRT, BRT does nothing and the cycle continues.

Do not buy from them as there is every chance you will not receive your product and you'll be caught in a loop of "do not leave the house tomorrow, it is definitely coming" to which nothing comes
