Instructor Marc was very rude
Instructor Marc was very rude, he was unprofessional and he was using a lot of swear words. He had occasionally picked on me which made me feel very uncomfortable.

First of all, well done on completing your CBT with Phoenix and also sharing your experience with us so we can ensure that we uphold our high standards. As you will be aware, the weather on the day of your training was very poor with a massive amount of rain, standing water and flooding, so again, well done in completing under those conditions. During the session, Marc, your instructor, did talk to you and the other student, quite a few times about the use of your front and back brakes, relying heavily on the back brake is not the correct application, but he did not specially pick on you for this, simply ensuring that you applied the brakes correctly. This issue carried on into the road ride as well, but eventually you corrected this, which is why you were successful in obtaining your DL196 Certificate. If you felt Marc was picking on you, then I can only apologize but the points he raised were to improve your riding and make you safer on the road, which is the whole purpose of the course. Marc admits he was not as careful as he could have been with his choice of words around the weather, but this was not directed at any of you on the course. Once again many thanks for your review and please ride safely in the future

Yesterday done CBT at New addington…
Yesterday done CBT at New addington center with instructor Ken.
Ken was very professional, polite and honest. Did each and every modules completely and clearly.
Lost 2 star, for no proper office. The class room in a steel container. No facilities except toilet. Not atleast a bottle of water.
Center is in remote area with no restuarant or shops near by. The time reach home, I was sick and tired due to low sugar and blood pressure.

I was rather nervous about the entire thing but all of the instructors I had made me feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great instructor with a mass of knowledge who looked after us very well. The facilities were ok but could have been a little better which is the reason for 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5 stars for sure. I would highly recommend Phoenix Motorcycle Training.

Highly recommended!
I had Ken as my instructor and he was brilliant.
He was patient, dedicated and constructive throughout the course.
I feel so much safer going on the road after my CBT with Ken. His knowledge is limitless, and like I said, he was incredibly patient with one student who had never even ridden a bicycle before. Would highly recommend.
