Kyle Titus is an absolute credit to the business, he is always available to give support and resolve issues.
Beware of taking any telephony services from this company or their new owners SCG. Ever since taking out my contract in August 2023 I have had nothing but problems. They sign you up to ridiculous long contract terms (36 months or more) and if not careful keep renewing the term if you adjust your services. My VOIP phone line was hacked in January and they still are to debit me back the money. I've tried to end the contract to no avail. The account manager is always away and never comes back to you. When I asked who to escalate complaints to I was told there isn't anyone else. I know other customers of this company and we are all experiencing the same issues. Even at the end of your contract you have to provide notice in writing sent by post to their office and it must be received with more then 30 days of the end of the contract or you are deemed to have renewed for a further 12 months.
Raydon couldn't be more helpful ... he is so knowledgeable and brings the personal touch to a hugely efficient service provided to our Accountancy Company.

The service was outstanding. The first call was with Kyle Anderson in the UK he rang back when he said he would and was very patient dealing with my problem. Kyle then raised a ticket for somebody else to contact me which they did the same day within a couple of hours. The support call came from South Africa and he was brilliant. Although I was on the phone for nearly an hour the advisor was amazing, so patient and helpful. Eventually the advisor went on to a remote call and fixed the problem which was great. Kyle Anderson then called me back to see if the problem had been rectified. A great and professional service
Raydon was very good at fixing the issues I was experiencing. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because we have been trying to sort this problem for a few weeks. This is not Raydons fault at all though. He was very polite and once he was assigned to the job he fixed it quickly.
Raydon was patient and helped me with a problem I have had since I upgraded my phone. His calm manner and expertise was a pleasure to deal with. Thankyou Raydon.

I had various issues with our systems which took several iterations to resolve. The time it all took was frustrating but I was grateful to Kyle for his determination to get to the bottom of the problem. My rating reflects the time it all took but Kyle did a great job and was kind and supportive as well!
