My names Steve Iam a volunteer for Wanderers Haven Animal Sanctuary. I message to see if pooch & mutt could support the sanctuary. I’ve been messaging Ellie. Ellie is a massive credit to the company and was very happy to help and send the dogs at the sanctuary so lovely food and treats that the dogs loved thank you again pooch & mutt and Ellie for your support.

Our 3 dogs have had pooch and mutt for the past 4/5 years and always loved the treats. Of late each dog has been sick after eating a Pooch and mutt treat, one has dodgy poop and another is now reluctant to eat their food. Seems to all be since the new packaging - was unaware any ingredients of recipes had changed. Gutted that I’ve only recently ordered from the Christmas selection which will now all be going to waste.

There is never any hesitation to eat breakfast and supper by Betsi-bear……and all the treats are absolute winners!!

Had been giving my dog their gastrointestinal food for around 18 months and he had been doing excellently on it. Opened a new bag of on Saturday to feed him. Straight away the kibble looked different. Fed him as usual and the last few days have been spent dealing with diarrhoea and awful smells as a result. Got in touch to query what had happened and received a number of generic AI written emails suggesting the food was fine and my dog must have eaten something he shouldn’t. Was asked to send photos of the bag and batch number (had cut the bag open at the top so this was lost)

Refused to provide a refund and just kept sending me emails asking for photos of the bag. In the end have cancelled all subscriptions. Had been a loyal customer, but wouldn’t buy from them again. Something has definitely changed in their production and foods are not what they say they are, beware.

Love the range of food, treats and supplements. Been buying for a few months nows and love the products we have bought. Love the new seasonal treats for autumn and winter and can’t wait for our advent calendar to arrive!

Sharp bones found in the puppy salmon / sprat treats! Absolutely disgusted!!! Its a good job i break my pups treats up. God knows what would have happened if i had fed him this whole!!!!

A great selection of foods and treats, all have good quality ingredients that have actual benefits for my dog. Website is easy to use as well!

I love the fact that there are seasonal things I can get my dog involved in too, pumpkin patch treats have been a hit and so excited to give my dog his first advent calendar at Christmas!

I’ve got a 5 month old staffy and was given a few of their calm and relax treats, to help settle her down at night, since then I always buy Pooch and mutt treats. It’s nice to know they’re not full of rubbish that will make her ill

Our favourites love everything my pups are so fussy but as soon as the treats come out they come running love the size just right for us as we are so tiny love the packaging the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We use the dental treats the calming and the jerky.

My Poochon Henri was very fussy re his food . He has been on pooch and Mutt skin and coat kibble for a couple of years now and he loves his food . I have it on subscription so get a reduction but am more than happy with the price and more important that Henri is happy and healthy .

This used to be a good brand. My dog isn't interested in their treats anymore. Something has changed.

Probably the fastest delivery I've ever seen. My dog absolutely loves all the food and treats which is amazing. I was worried he wouldn't eat as much but he's actually eating more than when he was on different food. Quality of the food and packaging is also amazing and very aesthetically pleasing.

We’ve been using Pooch and Mutt for a few years now, as something with a very fussy dog, and one with gastrointestinal problems and allergies (the never make it easy!) Finding a food that be both likes and is good for him is quite difficult, however Pooch and Mutt has various options to keep him happy and healthy!
