I always have a good experience
But this time they used DPD and they failed to deliver to my flat which they are supposed to do. I sat in the flat at the appointed time for delivery. No attempt was made to ring the entrance door bell for me to let the driver in. The next I knew I had a text to say that they were delivering the parcel to the local Post Office. I have mobility problems and could not get to the PO and had to wait for a relative to go for me. This is not good enough.
