Fantastic service from ProBoil.
We needed a replacement boiler / Jade and Ros via email and phone were great and Steve was outstanding - talked us through the whole installation process - was unfailingly patient. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Abode customer service excellence
Contacted company about a spare grub screw and bush for my Airo Dual Lever mixer tap as the third party spares company does not sell these items and the tap is out of guarantee . The lady who I spoke to was very helpful and sent me replacement spares free of charge - the handle now fits well and I think this company should be congratulated for their excellent customer service.

All Abode taps are covered by a 5‑year warranty, and as part of that warranty we supply genuine replacement parts free of charge where required. In many cases, issues such as dripping or leaking can be resolved quickly by replacing a specific component, without the need to remove or replace the full tap.
Our support team aims to offer the fastest and least disruptive solution, which is why replacement parts are often provided first. That said, if you’d prefer further assistance or guidance, our team is always happy to help.

Had a problem with a leaking tap wrote an E-mail and had a reply within minutes from Shelli, she asked me to contact them and I was helped by Lindsey. The part required was despatched immediately and received the day after. Lindsey was friendly, helpful, efficient, professional which was refreshing and an exceptional standard with which I am delighted and would highly recognise to anyone.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service - I have had a tap for several years from Abode and as expected it needs the odd washer replacement. Abode always reply to requests efficiently, charge very reasonable rates for spare parts and delivery and go above and beyond, when customers like me order the wrong parts!! I highly recommend this great company with hard working humans in their spare parts team !
