Extremely slow and unacceptable returns…
Extremely slow and unacceptable returns process
My experience with the returns process has been extremely disappointing. I live in Spain, the parcel arrived at their warehouse in Germany and, according to their own information, it is then sent to the Czech Republic for refund processing. These are relatively close countries within Europe, yet the whole process can take four weeks or even longer.
Honestly, this is unacceptable. Once the item has been received at their warehouse, checking its condition and issuing a refund should not take weeks. This is 2026, not the 1990s.
Their after-sales service is far below what I would expect from a company of this size. They are quick to take your money when you place an order, but when it comes to returning it, the waiting times are ridiculous. I would not recommend buying from this company if there is any chance you may need to return an item.
Very disappointed with the handling of returns and the extremely slow refund process.

Mi experiencia con las devoluciones está siendo lamentable. Vivo en España, el paquete llegó a su almacén en Alemania y, según indican ellos mismos, desde allí lo envían a la República Checa para procesar el reembolso. Estamos hablando de países relativamente cercanos dentro de Europa, y aun así el proceso puede tardar cuatro semanas o más.
Sinceramente, me parece una vergüenza. Una vez que el artículo ha sido recibido en su almacén, comprobar el estado del producto y emitir un reembolso no debería llevar semanas. Estamos en 2026, no en los años 90.
El servicio postventa está muy por debajo de lo esperado para una empresa de este tamaño. Cobran rápidamente cuando compras, pero cuando llega el momento de devolver tu dinero, los plazos son absurdamente largos. No recomendaría comprar aquí si existe la posibilidad de que necesites realizar una devolución.
Muy decepcionado con la gestión y con la falta de agilidad en los reembolsos.
