The Money Maker Summit(MMS) was a great learning experience. The atmosphere, the teaching, the networking, the practical steps and the caring were exceptional!
Everybody that was there from the greatest to the least, from the oldest to the youngest, from the rich to the poor, all came to learn and grow in their specific field or knowledge. Even those that were just beginning to start their business journey, we're able to learn and implement the teaching!
What was quite remarkable about the teachers, speakers, mentors and entrepreneurs was that they all found time to help every single person at the event!
Looking forward to the next one with the next step of business growth!

I had an amazing time at the Rob Moore Money Maker Summit. It was one of the most inspiring and motivating events I’ve attended. Rob shared a lot of practical advice, real-life experiences, and valuable strategies that made me think differently about business, money, and personal growth.

What I enjoyed most was that the content was not just motivational—it was full of actionable ideas that can be applied straight away. The speakers were engaging, authentic, and genuinely wanted to help people succeed. I also had the opportunity to meet some fantastic people, make new connections, and learn from others on similar journeys.

I have just completed Kevin's Mc Donnell No Money Down + Rent2Rent training course and thoroughly enjoyed the content! Real case studies and so much useful information that I will take with me and add to my knowledge toolkit! Great atmosphere and great making new friends 👍

Great sitting together with like-minded goal setters and pacesetters in business, going after goals together (rather than going it alone - especially at the start of one's journey)!!!

They have an Adam Huzzey as a mentor?...please look up Domo Developments and you will understand 'why' his business crashed. Refundee have an open case against them and have won a lot of people their money back. (I think it's around £4m owed to investors). Think VERY carefully if Progressive Property is the sort of business you want to trust if they choose to employ these types of people.

Done a 3 day money maker summit with Rob and the team. Cannot say enough good about this course and the content you get for the cost of the course. The extra content they offer at extra cost are designed to take every participant to extra level in buisness so i would say make sure you open to buy the other courses. There passion to help others is second to none.

I found the course to be very expensive relative to the quality provided. In my experience, there was a strong focus on upselling additional courses, which I didn’t feel matched the value delivered.

I also had difficulty obtaining a refund. After requesting one, £5,000 was retained, which I was unhappy with based on my expectations at the time of purchase.

I would recommend carefully reviewing the course content and refund policy before enrolling.

I met Kevin first at Money Makers Summit in London, I was compelled to do do his course "No Money Down" ... I originally went to London for the trading aspect but Kevin's pitch made it impossible to ignore if I had any sense
. The NMD Training is invaluable and now I'm about to join their Mastermind family! These mentors really do care and it shows, Kevin, Emerald, Darren and Tabz are mentors to really look up to and are hands on. Can't wait to continue on my journey with these guys 😍 best Money spent. I am writing this to warn others about the lack of ethics at Progressive Property Ventures LLP and Property Wealth System.
Having previously suffered a stroke, I still struggle with significant cognitive challenges and issues with concentration and memory.

Despite this, I was swept up in the "hype" and high-pressure environment of a PWS 3-day seminar and was induced into paying £18,960 for their ‘Professional Package.’
It quickly became clear that due to the long-term effects of my stroke, I am physically and mentally unable to engage with the training, online courses, or mentoring.

I have received no value for this life-changing sum of money. Aside from a few group Zoom calls, the company has not provided any of the 1-to-1 mentoring, Strategy Imple-mentor classes or "on the job" training I paid for.
When I reached out to explain my medical situation and request a refund, I was met with total indifference:

Property Wealth System (Caroline) claimed she no longer had "ties" to the company that took the money.

Progressive Property Ventures LLP (the "back-office" entity that actually processed the payment) flatly refused to refund me.

They are effectively sitting on nearly £19,000 for services they have not—and will not—deliver, knowing full well that my medical condition prevents me from moving forward.

I'm even happy to pay a reasonable "admin fee" to settle this fairly, but they have never offered this solution.

These companies project a friendly image to get you to open your wallet, but they have shown a complete lack of care for a student’s well-being or medical reality.

Their refusal to refund money for services not rendered to a person in my position is, in my opinion, predatory and heartless.

I took a "No Money Deal" training for property business with Kevin McDonnell. It was a game changer experience. Thank you Kevin.

I did the no money down training with Kevin McDonnell, it was very informative, insightful. Just so mind blowing there was so much packed into the 3 days, so much to learn and challenge my thinking on. I would definately recommend it!

Wish I could give no star at all. Progressive property only cares about taking money from people with no moral standards, no humanity and zero customer service.

I’ve had a great experience with the people here at progressive property especially Brandon who has helped me secure my space for the up-and-coming event. Although I haven’t yet attended the event it has been a seamless process booking with the team and they are always on hand with any questions or queries I may have.

Just spoke to a young employee from Progressive Properties called Daniel. I was very impressed with customer service I received. I initially had phoned to cancel my plan to attend a MSOPI event in June due to work commitments at home.
Daniel went out of his way to offer advice on other MSOPI that I could attend and he also gave me good advice on other matters relating to courses and other events which Progressive properties were holding.
I have always been impressed with the great customer service I receive when I am speaking to a member of the Progressive Property team. Speaking to talented individuals such as Daniel really does make you want to invest in property events and training with Progressive properties.

BE CAREFULL WHEN IT COMES TO PAY ON THE DAY .THE 3 DAYS WERE GREAT AND ALL THEY KEPT SAYING IS MONEY BACK ANYTIME .SO THAT MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE .BUT WHEN I PAID THEY PUT THE IPAD IN FRONT OF ME TO TICK A BOX RE THE TERMS BUT THEY DONT SHOW YOU THEM OR TELL YOU ITS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNTIL ITS TO LATE !!! I HAVE BEEN STUNG FOR £4K WHICH I CANT AFFORD TO LOSE BUT THEY DONT GIVE A DAM🤬

I signed up for a Virtual Podcast Success Course online and from the get go, the firm have been brilliant with communication and updates. Today, I had to ask that I move the date I could attend to an earlier one. Ibrahim was wonderful, he understood and listened to my reasoning. He very kindly moved me to the earlier course. He is a credit to the firm and I hope he shows this to his boss, he is a keeper. We need more Ibrahim’s in the world. He is client focused and made a decision that assists me with my schedule and allows me to benefit from the course earlier ! He is looking after clients and understanding that making allowances for diary shifts helps everyone achieve what they need. I am excited to begin the course and career change ! Thank you Ibrahim !

I attended the No Money Down training last weekend and can’t praise Progressive enough. Kevin’s energy is contagious, and his knowledge is incredible. He’s a real inspiration for anyone thinking about starting their journey in property. I learned so much over the three days and came away feeling motivated and confident about taking the next steps.

I had great time and great experience and very productive time!
